For the those who never played a CDi Zelda...

I have provided gameplay footage of two of the 3 CDi Zelda games. Here there are:

The Wand of Camelon
The Wand of Camelon (2)
The Faces of Evil
The Faces of Evil (2)


As you can see, both games suck badly. Discuss how the CDi game could have ruined Zelda or how these games got released.

For my own sanity, I will not watch those. I've seen parts of them already thanks to my evil friend and... *shudder* Different topic please?

The loading process took too long. I lost interest. I'm the kind of person who would watch it just because it's a Zelda game, even though I expect it to suck.

As for the CDi games themselves- never played them, but man, the videos are hilarious. Seriously, people, enough of this "DISGRACE TO THE ZELDA SERIES!" and "Ugh, I'm too scared to watch them" and "OH, GNOES, IT'S NOT ANIME!!11!" junk. Whether or not the first example is true, watch them for the laughs- I promise that you'll have fun.

At that part, I think I peed my self a little. So freaking funny. Link's hair is awesome though............. It's so bouncy....

sorry to say but those games look alright but its true they shouldn't bear the name zelda, it looks more like a mobile phone game Lol. The cutscenes are pretty quick but still good. I think they should have taken ganon from the cartoon series, he had a pretty good face and voice. Did anyone notice in "the wand of gamelon" the king is outside of the cage instead of inside?

Gah! My eyes! I only watched the Wand of Camelon...I don't need to watch anything else! Those games deserve to be brough in a box to some huge factory where there are millions of other boxes that they all look like each other...You get my point. The cutscenes look kind of...wierd. In fact some of them scare me....They use hand motions to much....

Link: "Oh boy! I'm so hungry, I can eat an octorock!"

Why is Link saying Golly and Gee?

Why do you just have to throw stuff at Ganon?

Why does Link look like he's wearing lip gloss?

I just saw the beginings and endings and they look like a horror game. CDI's were educational gaming systems. Let me guess.....

I don't think any other video game series can boast some of the best and some of the worst titles in history. Still, they're... different... and despite the crappiness of the artwork, the backdrops look quite nice.

i must say all 3 cdi games are redicilous ...

My official opinon on the CDi Zelda games is that they are worth owning for historical value, but not worth owning to play.

I'm not even going to bother watching those videos, I've already seen the games in action.

Those weren't that bad, other than the cutscenes and the fact you can't run. I'd give it 4.5/10

Wow, Iv never seen the end of those games before, they are really funny. I love when He freakin saves the princess and she doesnt even care. This is the most bull**** game iv ever seen. Actually, I know the story behind these games. Nintendo was making the game, and gave up on it. The Phillips came and asked if they could finish it and Nintendo said yes. Bad choice.
