Zelda Evolution Theory

I was thinking about skullkid a while ago.

Then I remembered that in OOT he didn't have the mask (DUH!).

Well anyways. When he didn't have the mask he had a beak but no wings.

So maybe the evolution chart goes....

Zora goes into a human. Human goes into a Forest Imp. Forest Imp goes into Rito.

Which would mean that the ritos + zoras would really be the only ones capable of escaping the flood.

Zoras could swim away and Ritos could fly away.

Since most of the Zoras were probably wiped out by the monsters in the water. That means the only race with the bloodline of Laruto that survived is the Ritos. And the person that had it was Medli.

What do you guys think. It's only a guess...

First I've heard mention of the Skull Kid's beak, that's interesting.
Other than that, your theory is pretty much the standard that alot of people think.
I dunno. The clues aren't there for any real clue, and most theories are based on pure speculation.

I still think the Ritos were direct decendents from Zoras. Well maybe not direct, but I don't think humans (do you mean Hylians?) or forest imps are part of the evolution... Or perhaps when the godesses made the flood cover the land, they made the Zoras become Ritos also.
