Hints of the future?

Alright, just finished Wind Waker again. At the end, Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule says,"I have scattered the seeds for the future." Now, this quote can of course have numerous meanings, but it is always a sign of what is to happen in the future of the Zelda games. Do any of you have any ideas what this quote is refering to?

I have very limited knowledge of the Wind Waker storyline but that part of it got spoiled for me, more or less. I doubt it can really mean much-- dosen't he save Link and Zelda by sacrificing his kingdom and whatnot? Perhaps he is refering to Link and Zelda, who are the hopes of the future, who are the seeds? Again, I say I barely know of the story, let alone the ending but yeah.

I think because the Ocarina of Time Hyrule was destroyed by the Gods, he's referring to finding a new land and starting over. I mean, in the long run, it could easily explain the shifting landscapes between the games.

Yeah, that's what I was thinkig. Maybe some people left Hyrule before it flooded and they founded New Hyrule or something like that. Something that goes along the lines of this discussion, but have you noticed how much the FSA Hyrule and the ALttP Hyrule look the same? I mean, they are practically exactly the same.

I think when he said "I have scattered the seeds of the future" he meant that he has let Link and Zelda discover new lands, therefore starting a new Hyrule, fresh again.
