Let me quote what I said in another thread about a MMORPG zelda:

Really, it sounds good, and would be absolutely amazing. But really, don't count on it happening be people not working in the Zelda Team. Maybe we could have them do such a game, but that's not going to happen either. They have it too busy with other things and the usual games work very good too and it's the game that sells. No need to try something else that possibly would fail in the end. They wont dare the leap of faith that Blizzard did with WoW.

But, I'll fully applaud you if you can pull this off. nice so far though.

Few pointers, it doesn't seem to act as a window, so I couln't switch to it using alt+tab it wasn't in my taskbar and I had to close it with ctrl+alt+del. And the server was down or full too or something like that, so I still don't know if you got some good thing going on here.

It's not copyright by the way for that i'm not using to make money. Its kind of like an online fan game.

And i wont ask for donations. Never! Im not a poor basterd like you who runs out of money I pay for it with my own. And the game server I wrote myself therefor don't pay for it.

Hmm.. I WON'T download that my comp is just gonna screw up like all other online games. And I dont see credit for the sprites ANYWHERE. You see here it says "If used, give credit to me!"

Oh, and Erro is correct. Unless you happen to be part of a very rich family, or the head of a well off one yourself, you'd need funding to maintain servers and the like.
