Most Amusing Deaths

I don't see a thread on this, so...

I'm sure that everyone who has played a Zelda game has, at some point, died. So, post here if there's any particular death you found espcially amusing. I think mine have to be...

• Death by ChuChu (WW)
• Throwing a bomb too late (OoT)
• Using the Hover Boots to reach Ganon Castle after a huge fight with the ReDeads (OoT)
• Ghoma (OoT)
• Gohma (WW)
• Octorok (Anything)
• Being thrown at Ganon by Mr Purple (FSA)

That's a long list.

My most amusing death was wen i attacked chickens. I ran away, but a few feet before i could get to Epona (which gives invincibility against chickens), I died.

My brother once died by a gold skulltula (OoT).
Mine would be.

Death by escaping from Ganon's castle.(OoT)
Chuchu (MM)

...you'll never believe this. But its true. I have been playing oot through with only three hearts, no upgrades, shield, bottles etc. When I got to the spirit temple as child link, I entered a room with a treasure chest and a jar on each side. ooh! i go running towards the chest, but out of nowhere, a stalfos drops from the sky. I was already missing a heart and 3/4th from the previous room. As I neared defeating the stalfos, he hit me with a weak blow, only 1/4th of a heart left. I finally defeated him, with my last sliver of life. then I looked back at the treasure chest, hoping it was a key, I never lived to find out. one of the jars came flying at me and I died...pretty sad isn't it.

A flying jar? Yeah that's pretty funny. I like chickens, pigs, and chu chus though i've never died by a chu chu. Someone up there said Gold Skulltula, AHAHAHA! That's takes the cake.

I never died before in any of my Zelda games. . . except for OoT when I purposely drowned myself and burned myself to death. lol, that was fun.

That's pathetic that you would die because of a Gold Skulltula. Those things just turn around in circles. Although I almost died from touching one.

I'd say...being zapped by the storekeeper in LA. Quite amusing. And of course Cuccos in any of the games...or pigs...

The most amusing death would be if the girl u buy blue potions from put something funny in your drink that made it ignite when it was inside your body. Sick, but that would still be funny. I also got stuck in jabujabu's body graphically and drown, that was amusing..

Of course then there's charging into ganon trying to kill him...my cousin did that, it was funny [IMG][/IMG]

Then there's the possibility of link's bladder exploding, seeing as he never goes to the bathroom..

My most amusing death would have been... Trying to get the heart piece in top of the tunnel in death mountain (you know the one, where you're supposed to plant the magic bean that takes you up to the heart piece, or you try and jump off the cliff to land on it). I had the my TV muted at the time so I didn't hear the warning, alarm thingy when my health was low (I was also oblivious to my hearts because I was so into trying to find the perfect ledge to jump off). So yeah. I basically jumped off a cliff and died upon impact (sad part of it is that I died after landing on the ledge with the heart piece...)

Okay, off topic for a sec. About Gold Skulltulas, I completely ruined my chance of colleting all tokens when I was getting the token by the waterfall near the entrance of Gerudo Valley. I killed the Gold Skulltula that was in the box by the cow, and I rolled to get the token, but I missed and rolled right off the ledge OO;. Then I floated downstream to the lake, went back the the spot to see if my token would be there, but it wasn't. I had done so much without saving, so I didn't want to re-start...

Honestly, i'd have to say that the funniest way to die, is sailing on the ocean in the WW, and having your Tingle tuner turned on, using it for tingle advice, and accidentally hitting the button, using a bomb on link O_o...

i'd never used the tuner before, so, i didnt know you could do all the stuff on there, and i thought link's boat just spontaneously exploded..

My Most Amusing Death Would Have To Be When I Was In The Water Temple I was Running In And I Forgot That I Saved The Game With The Water Gone and i had Like 1 or 2 Hearts Left And I Just Ran Off The Edge And I Landed On One Of Thos Spike Ball Things. :moodswing

My most amusing Zelda death was from the rolling goron on death mountain. hahah

Heh, none of my deaths were amusing.. But it is funny to run out of hearts in the Water on tWW. You just start sinking and eventually pop up dead. It's funny. I think though I died before falling a really long distance, but I remember nothing else, and it was funny at the time *Racks brain, finds nothing*. Oh well .

I don't really remember much of my Legend of Zelda deaths, but I'm sure at the time I did die, I was probably laughing.

The shop keeper in LA was probably the strangest way to go. Heck, it's the gamers own fault for stealing xD but I did that one too many times, the man looks funny. What with his cone head and slits for eyes xDD!!

Hm... I can't really remember any stupid death, sadly. Though I always found it funny when you rolled off a cliff as a Goron, hoping to make it to the other side, missing it and bouncing from one wall to the next, then finally falling to oblivion. Majora's Mask. xDD

I mainly died by cuccos and pigs. XD

Anyway, the shopkeeper was another funny way to go.
I didn't die much in funny ways, except death by Dexihands in MM. XD

Don't have any funny deaths. But I almost downed to death when I fell in the water and couldn't get back on the boat I was going like "WHAT THE HELL!?", stupid game...

i would say the most amusing death would be trying to reach ganons castle with the hover boot and realising you cant make it across and so eventuall you fall all the way in the lava belowe and when u die you end up back in kokori village

Falling off a ledge repeatedly and then watching Link suffer once he reappears.
