Is zelda even that good?

well i played a little of wind waker an it suck out the a@# it wasnt even funny but this new one looks really good and i dont have money and i might rent it but that cost money so i dont know are any of the games acually goodand i know your all gonna be like all the games rock cause im a zelda freak but no bs post i really wanna know and this is probely gonna get like deleted cause mods seem to do nothing but delete my stuff

I thought windwaker was good, but not as good as the other games. Have you everplayed ocarina of time? that is probably the best game ever.

Then you really, really need to try to get more games. At least rent them, then. My recommendations are Majora's Mask (MM) and Ocarina of Time (OoT). Those are the best games in my opinion. There are some people who do not like Wind Waker (WW), and I understand. The graphics are different, and the story is something new. I personally liked WW, but I thought the graphics were a bit odd. They were a step up from the random polygons that were thrown together, though. =P

well you shouldn't judge the entire zelda franchise on just one game. you shouldn't title a thread "is zelda even that good?" if you haven't tried any of the other games. You really should try some of the other games, because it wouldn't be so popular unless it really is "that" great.

WW was fun.. but it is not my favorite Zelda game. I would recommend OoT (Ocarina Of Time), MM (Majora's Mask), LttP (Link To The Past), and LoZ (Legend Of Zelda, the first one)

Wind Waker would of been a badstart for you. You have come at a bad time... Because OoT won't interest you because the graphics aren't exactly amazing these days but it might...

Same goes for MM... I suggust you make up your mind or not if you like Zelda after you have played Twilight Princess
