it's probably been asked, but why are the zora in game boy games are evil and in console games they are good plz explain :confused:

There are two different types of zoras river zora and normal zoras I think they talk about it in OoA I think a zora says something like “not get us mix up with those river zoras were civilised”

There are three kinds of Zora. You have the OoT Zora, or civilized Zora, the evil Zora( also known as the Zola) and you have the Zoran, Like Miukia( the guy in MM) you have special warrior abletes like being able to use thier arm fins as boomerangs. I hope that clears it all up.

I thought that the only Zora was the ones in OoT till I played ALttP and I didn't even know that those were even zoras till my older sister told me what they were

Zora's were more civilized in ALttP, but like you said the developers probably expanded on that.

I think this could be an explaination for alttp...
The zolas in alttp aren't zoras but a mutated species that were turned evil by agnaham (i know that is spelle wrong) just like the gaurds.
But for other games where they are evil, i think it depends on the timeline theory you are looking at. I will use one that says that LoZ and LA are the last two games.
In LoZ, the zolas have been turned savage in order to survive.
It just a theory, I'm sorry if this thread somehow changes to timeline theory, but please post your thoughts...

Right but so did the Zoras from Ocarina of Time. Unless we're playing a different game...

That was only one zora though, all the other zoras in the game were evil. (I think he might have been evil too, but was a business man.)

Yeah, but there is different types of Zora's. The River Zoras are the savage ones, and the Civilized Zoras are the civilized ones.

I guess I took that you as you refering to the Alttp Zoras as being the most civilized. Whatever.

to narrow it down a bit: i'm talking about oot/mm zoras and alttp/loz zoras since they are the only games i've played
