Zelda Movie

If there were a Zelda Movie to be made, would you want live acting or all computer generated?

Definetly computer generated. Real people acting like zelda and link would just creep me out. Just think about it. A real man wearing tights and a green skirt/tunic. Don't think so.

If done well and super commercialized (for a high budget; without a cheap love story) live action would be more enjoyable, but I know if i think about it that it couldn't happen
and frankly, a zelda movie could easily ruin the games for a lot of people

I'm thinking about it and it';s not pretty! Well If they used real people it would probaly be pg-13 I mean they'll be killing creatures so there would definetly be blood if it was real people playing

It would have to be...nobody looks like the chracters in the game. Even if it was a crap film, it would be worse than the thirds Star Wars with "Fanatic/nerd types" flooding the theaters.

Besides the fact it should all be CG, I second that.

Id have to say CG as well. I just wont look the same if they had live acting. The Halo movie should be the same way.

I'm sort of on the border line, they could do a mix of both, the creatures could be CGI, and the people could be live actors, I find that live acting adds better enjoyment, if the whole movie was CGI, it would be like we were watching a long cinematic from one of the games, so I'm leaning more towardslive acting, who cares if it's rated PG-13, most zelda fans are (that I know of anyways) over 13

Definitely live action. My signature has a link to the Zelda movie I'm writing. It's live action, although heavily reliant on CGI. I do make sacrifices in order to make the characters more humanized, but a CG Zelda movie?

I wouldn't want to go anywhere near it.

If they could find a very, very lucky guy who looked and sounded like Link, easily Live Action. But if not, CG would be alright, if the CG were Star Wars style; they have some good computer engineers.

But the sight of Link with his sword raised above his head about to chop a skeleton's head off while yelling...that's breathtaking.

Yeah, a zelda movie....eh.....i dont know about that one. I mean if I HAD to choose, i guess I would say computer animated, but none would be better.

I think it should be anime style if that was to happen because real people doing that would be creepy and stupid.

I'm all for the idea of a CG zelda movie. But thats why Nintendo would never really consider making a movie. Did any of you see 'The Super Mario Bros. Movie'? I wouldn't say it was bad, but the goomba's were all like... ugh!

It should be computer generated, in the Final Fantasy style. I doubt that a movie shot with real locations and real people wouldn't give out the same sort of atmosphere. And if you didn't like the actors playing the characters, you'd be stuck with having to know them as "Link" or "Zelda", etc.

It would have to be CG to make it anygood..... TP realatic graphics would fit the Zelda movie pretty nicely...

But real acting so would not work... Prob have 16 year old Link as some 30year old... >.>

Hey, I read about some one who is/was making a Zelda movie called Link. It was cartoony-like, and it was a freakin' love story!:mad: It looked pretty stupid BUT anyway I would like it computer generated of course.

They should have it be acted and Arnold Schwartsenagger(I know I spelled it wrong, it's a hard word!) should play Link.

a zelda movie anime would work really well
