in WW, link stabs ganon in the head right, then he turns to stone. But the zelda timeline said that the last game was AOL. But the reason he was "dead" was because link from ALTTP killed him with silver arrows. so what happened to the ganon in WW? And why did he become a moblin-like creature?

Re: Multiple ganons
I don't think that Ganon was killed at all, just sealed away in the Evil Realm. And he keeps escaping every so often and trying to get revenge on Link. And he wasn't exactly "killed" in ALTTP either.

Re: Multiple ganons
[quote=SageSaria]Yep...I agree. You never see Ganon really die...and if you pay close attention during all those important plot-revealing scenes they always just sorta tell you that Ganon or Ganondorf (depending on the game) had been sealed away/sent away and is now somehow back...QUOTE]
Yeah, that or turned to ashes (LoZ) so he could be revived.

It's yet to be revealed how Ganon came back from the end of Wind Waker (it may be revealed in the upcoming game). However take into account that he may not actually be dead, just turned to stone like Zelda was in The Minish Cap. And even if he is dead we know from Adventure of Link and the Oracle games that it is possible to bring Ganon back to life. There have been numerous explanations for how Ganon took on a piggy form. In the original NES games, set in the normal world, we never knew that he ever had a non-piggy form. In Link to the Past Ganon is trapped inside the Dark World, we're told that in the Dark World you take on a form of what is inside your heart. In Ocarina of Time Ganon transforms into a piggy in the normal world with his own power (probably because of the Triforce of Power in his possession). In Four Swords Adventures (which I haven't played yet) I've heard that it is suggested that the power of the Trident helped Ganon transform into a piggy again. So it seems that Ganon can take on his piggy form in numerous ways, and that it is the image he holds inside his wicked heart that he just needs the power to unleash. Re: Multiple ganons
I believe there is only one Ganon. Do any of you remember how Ganon could come back alive in Adventure of Link? If Link's blood were spilled upon Ganon's ashes, he would return. At the end of ALttP, he may be destroyed, but no doubt Link shed some blood in the battle, and some of the blood was used to revive Ganon. In OoT, it's evident that he is not killed, but imprisoned, so no argue there.

Why would we be told that Ganon can be brought back to life in one game, and SHOWN that Ganon can be brought back to life in another if that was not intended to be the case with all of Ganon's post-death appearances? |

Re: Multiple ganons
But we do know who it is most of the time. It was Twinrova in the Oracle games etc.

Re: Multiple ganons
Yeh howver i'm 99% sure That they all are the same Ganon. Multiple ganons would kind of defeat the object of not killing him complately in any game.
