I found the LTTP battle to be much easier. After you beat Agahim (or whatever his name is) for the second time you get to go and get yourself new potions and arrows and all that and once you figure out the mechanics behind Ganon it's simple. This is fresh in my mind since I beat the game last night (I've been near the end for a little while and Minish Cap inspired me to finish of LTTP). It takes several hits with your sword, a couple lights of the torches, and 5 silver arrows to take him out. Ganon in
OOT was a much harder fight, but maybe that's because at the time I still hardly ever used Z targetting (it made that water boss hell for me, aiming around and such). I didn't really get into using Z targetting until
MM, and it's much easier to play the game that way then randomly swinging your sword in the approximate direction of your enemies.
The final confrontation in WW is awesome but a little too easy... I beat everything at the end of the game (old bosses, Ganon, and everything in between) first try in one sitting.
LA had a really cool end to it but I barely remember it because I beat the game so long ago now.
The bull (Tauros?) in
MM has to be one of the most fun boss fights in a Zelda, I loved just rolling around that area. Favourite of all the games is hard though, there aren't really any bad bosses in Zelda games but they aren't exactly ridiculously great either.
