What makes you proud to be a Zelda fan?

I'm so glad I am a fan of the series, some people ask me "whats Zelda?" and I am stunned and can not belive they have never heard of it.

I also wear this wristband that has a picture of the old school zelda logo, and this is either very cool or very pathetic, but I have a tan line from the wristband.

I'm proud because Zelda rocks. I don't have a wristband, but I did make a hat like Links, and it is cool. I enjoy telling my friends all about Zelda, even when they don't want to be told.

What makes me proud... tough question.

Well I am proud because Zelda series are, as I call it, "intelligent games". Not only do they tell beautiful stories, they also give you tons of brain exercise and some healthy amount of action. They are also artistically beautiful, especially the newer 3D games.

I hate it when people ask me what Zelda is when they spot my Zelda carts and the GC covers.. Because they force me to show them and I have to put on the Collector's Edition disc and show them what Zelda is, in chronological order. Then they are also hooked for life

Im proud to be a zelda fan because it is the coolest series ever and has been revolutionary to the gaming world! Every day or so I hear someone else randomly talking about Zelda 2005 and how much ass its gonna kick and I can be like "well ive been with the series all the way though and you are just getting into it now!" I basically treat it the same way I treat the color black. All these people are wearing black and dying their hair black because "its the cool thing to do" and dammit i was born with black hair so fuhaha ive been with it longer than them!! Anyways Zelda is just such an amazing series and it has consumed soooo much of my life that I dont know where I would be without it.

It has the greatest and most legendary villains and Heros. I tell people and brag about Zelda all the time!

I agree. my Life would be an abyss without Zelda.

I really like to tell peopel what is Zelda, because sometimes I also create more fans of this fantastic games!!!

I'm proud because I like to play games that exercice my brain.
Games that don't let me sleep for nights until I solve a puzzle!
Games that make me 'enter' the plot!
Games that have a cool plot, also.
I two words: My favourite games are - Zelda Games!!!

i am proud cos i know i am playing the best games in the world whilst the anti nintendo people are stuck playing boring games that are all the same

I'm a person who plays alot of games and I am always up to date with all the latest Nintendo happenings, I have a passion for Nintendo games. The Legend of Zelda series has to be my favorite of all time, it also has my favorite game ever in there....Ocarina of Time. I try to promote these games amoung my freinds, but its hard up here as everyone is PS2 and XBOX prone...Nintendo is a thing of the past up here in the non-gaming culture.
But I stick with it and say I am proud to be a Zelda fan, I love the games plain and simple.

Zelda taught me to live without shame.

Countless hours of my life wasted sitting in front of a TV. Do I care? Nope.

I'm proud to be a Zelda because it's one of the best game series ever created by a mortal man. That's reason enough.

Im proud to be a Zelda gamer cause its they're best damn games created. If it weren't for Super Smash brothers, I don't know where I would be today....All my friends say, "OMG, you're such a loser, you like Legend of Zelda games." I laugh at them and say, "Ha! You're the loser! You don't know what you're missing in life. Ha!" Stupid x-box is keeping them on the dark side.

I'm proud because I love the game. Zelda is old-school, and there's nothing wrong with that. A lot of my friends want futuristic or realistic (or both) games. Whenever they see me play any Zelda game, they sorta bash Link for looking like an Elf or just call him a fairy. When they play Soul Calibur 2 with me and Link is at my helm, they shut up quickly I don't care what others think now. And I have a feeling that Zelda may go on for a few more decades (as long as Miyamoto and Aunoma(sp?) are there).

That's definitely another reason. Zelda is a series that continues to stay true to its roots and not sell-out to try to get more sales. That's why Nintendo is my favorite company.

Couldnt agree more. Thats exactly how i would put it. I love the fact that its not one of those games like FF where you just select a move and take turns attacking. You actually have to go whack the monster with your sword. And it wasnt just a one hit wonder either. The entire franchise has been sucessful.
