What gives you the shivers in Zelda games?

Being raped by ReDeads is a fate worst than death.

The shrieking noise that Zant makes whenever you encounter him is pretty creepy.

Also, the muffled screaming that the Skulltula people make when you hit them in the House of Skulltula.

Shadow Temple in OoT, the Bottom of the Well, Redeads in OoT/MM, Dead Hands, Wallmasters in OoT/MM, Ben, and the Forest Temple music.

Okay, I'm going to go vaguely unothodox:

Bottomless pits.

Yes, The Shadow Temple is grim and macabre, but that part I can handle.

It's the bottomless pit areas IN the shadow temple that creep me out (acrophobic)

But yes, Shadow Temple, Stone Tower (and Temple Inverted), City in the Sky, and Newly added to the roster Lanayru's Sinksand/Bottomless areas in the Factory.

Paradoxically, I'm perfectly fine with Skyloft, but I think that has more to do with my partner almost always being around.

What makes me jump? Majora's freaking mask, when I was a kid I had nightmares of a tall dark figure wearing it coming into my room... then closer to me, and before it could do anything I would be awake seating like a pig. It was like fusing slenderman with the mask... it wasn't pleasant.

I'm with this guy, I never found Dead Hand or anything in Ocarina of Time scary to be honest, even as an 8 year old kid when I beat the game, I never stopped to think about it nor was I ever scared. Dead Hand actually made me laugh, he looks funny. xD You slash him and he runs away and looks like a hunchback. :O Now imagine him on the Wii U in HD now THAT might scare me, Idk. The first Zelda game to scare me was probably Majora's Mask when I was a kid. Something about the feeling of the game, and I always thought the moons face was scary, lol.

I had to add... the Song of healing is by far the creepiest song for me. I can't even think about it without getting a shiver down my entire spine.

I loved the forrest temple music, it's relaxing and cause of the music I didn't get frustrated at the puzzles etc. because as I said I was relaxed

Death by cucco as an adult is a worst fate, all dignity would be lost.

Like many others, Redeads scared the crap out of me. I had many terrible, terrible nightmares of them as a kid. In some of them, they learned to sprint, so even what I thought I was getting away, they would take me.

Also, silent realms in SS were really scary!!

ReDeads, they give me nightmares. I'm in the Earth Temple in WW, and because of those guys, I'm not enjoying it. In TP, I went on the internet and downloaded a savegame to skip the Arbiter's grounds because of them.
I only find Dead Hand slightly eerie.
Gyrogs from WW. This is because I have a massive fear of sharks.
Maybe more to come.

Eh, nothing really ever creeped me out from Zelda games. I guess the closest thing to creeping me out were the ReDeads though...

LOL I know, I didn't like SS that much but the Silent Realm actually caught my attention and made me kind of enjoy the game XDD I remember doing the last Silent Realm level in Skyloft and I got all the tear thingies, and then the guardians started coming after me and I was like running for my life so that I wouldn't have to do it all over again . . . definitely a creepy place, and I'm planning on including it in my Time Gate fanfiction somewhere, just because it was such a creepy-yet-awesome place XD
