Best and worst companions??

hey guys. how would you rank the Zelda companions? I would put Midna as best and Fi as worst, Tatl at 2nd, Ezlo at 3rd.

The best: Midna, Tatl, Phantom Zelda, Ezlo
Eh: Fi, Navi, Red Lion Boat
Worst: Not really sure

Since I played the 3D Zelda games, this is my list:

1.Midna - She had a huge back story and it was nice to see that she had a sense of humor and her perspective of light changing was nice.

2.Tatl - I loved her bossy personality and liked her depth with Tael near the end of the game. Certainly shows off a stubborn personality.

3.KoRL - It was sad seeing him die and rely on Link and Tetra to find a new future, the New Hyrule.

4.Navi - Her personality is really only shown at the end of the game and only acts as a guide.

5.Fi - She's much worse than Navi as she's only a guide who tries to make Link seem stupid by informing of the probability of many things.

Anyone left off is most likely because I either forgot or am completely indifferent about.

King of Red Lions > Tatl > Elzo > Midna > Navi > Fi

The KoRL stays out of your hair, provides some genuinely useful advice and has a very strong reason for existing in the game as your sidekick. In my opinion, this is the perfect sidekick.

Fi is the exact opposite of the KoRL.

Navi would be higher if she actually had some sort of personality, I never had an issue with the often hated "Hey/Listen" sounds.

Best is definitely Midna. She was just awesome. As for worst, I have no idea.

Worst probably Ezlo I hate that hat also while not truly a comp I don't like moosh

Midna > King of Red Lions > Tatl > Navi > Ezlo > Fi.

Midna and KoRL both have personalities. Tatl doesn't really get in the way all that much, which is nice. Navi is annoying at points, but at least she gives good enemy info. I'll never forgive Ezlo for pulling that "You can't go in that direction." stuff in a 2D Zelda game.

And Fi is the worst companion ever, and it's not even close. Don't forget to buy potions, Master. Your heart meter is low, Master. Your batteries are low, Master. Your shield meter is low, Master. Master, I've added something to your dowsing menu for the six hundredth time. Please wait while I state something obvious. I mean, I try to find a redeeming quality in anything I consider bad, but it's just not there with Fi.

I found Tatl and Midna interesting characters, and I really disliked Fi, I found her more annoying than Navi.

For me:

4.Ciela
5.Navi

I don't know who Fi is, so I can't rank him/her.

I like all the guides, so I don't have a worst one. Midna was an awesome guide. She was fun and I loved her hair! TKoRL, Ezlo, Navi, Fi, Ghostly Zelda, Tatl, and Ciela are all fun guides!

Best: Sahasrahla! Midna and Tatl.

Worst: King of Red Lions and Fi. (Ezlo is annoying but doesnt win the title of ♥♥♥♥ guide)

I still haven't played Skyward Sword yet.

The hierarchy of guides from the 3D installments for me:
King of Red Lions>Tatl>Navi>Midna>Fi
The quality that appeals most to me about the talking red boat is his near lack of presence in dungeons and puzzle solving. The same could be said for Tatl and Navi, generally only dishing out the info when it was necessary. KoRL, Tatl, and Midna were all dynamic characters, with a clear character arc through the game. Navi, for me, falls in to the category of "So bad it's good" in a sense. Yes, "Hey" and "Listen" are both repetitive and annoying, but that's what makes Navi memorable.

Fi - worst. Midna is one of the worst. Except for when she rides you and moans. When I saw her true form, I said "Now it's my turn to ride you! "
