Best and worst companions??

Okay, Midna is by far #1! Then Ezlo, and King of Red Lions was cool too. Worst? Fi. I know that is said alot, but I don't feel personality. I feel like im being guided by a computer......reeeeeal fun guysssssss!

How about a new category: Most annoying........All I have to say is....Hey! Listen!
But deep inside, everytime I hear that, after pulling out my hair, a little warmth enters my heart with nostalgia. Thanks Navi. We still love you

I can't really think of the "worst" companion. They all their little background stories that are interesting to me. But if I had to choose one, I would have to say the King of Red Lions. I mean... a talking boat.

As for the best, I can't choose either, but I would have to stick with Navi, Midna or Fi (I haven't played enough of MM to judge Tatl).

Like (in order): Tatl, King of Red Lions, Midna, Ezlo Navi

Hate: Fi

Fi sucks, simple as that. She looks cool, and I thought she was going to be cool, but she is the absolute worst companion in any video game ever made.

In all seriousness, I really liked Midna, Tatl, and even Navi. Navi was my first companion. She's my broski. I learned to appreciate Fi after realizing she'll be in the Mastah Sword for all of the other Links.

My favorite would have to be Midna. She makes things very interesting! My second favorite would be KoRL. He gave me information I needed, but wasn't annoying. He actually was helpful, him being the boat you use and his story was interesting.

Ciela was surprisingly fun, despite being from PH. She was probably my favorite fairy companion.

Tatl wasn't too bad, and neither was Navi. I don't really have an opinion of Ezlo.

Oh, and if she counts, Tetra beats Midna in my book. But I don't think she would qualify as a sidekick/companion.

Fi just irritated me.

Best: Fi. She was anoying for oldies of the series but great for newbies and she danced and singed pretty well.
Worst:KIng of red link. He is a talking boat. He nevers help or do anythung than taking you around the sea.

Midna is by far the best companion. She has a strong personality and significant plot presence, and is overall not just a great companion, but one of the most memorable characters of the entire Zelda series.

The worst companion is easily Fi. She has no personality to speak of, and has no presence whatsoever in the plot. Her robotic persona doesn't fit in with the game, or with the series as a whole. She also makes the game way too easy, and interrupts the game every few seconds to relay trivial pieces of information.

The rest of the companions fall somewhere in the middle.

I liked them all. ( Except Linebeck. He was a turd. And Ciela. I barely remember her.)
1. Midna and Fi. The only two companions that made me cry. I cried at the end of TP and SS. I like how Fi says Link made her feel happy. it was so sad.
2. Tatl. She was just so cool. I liked some of her monster descriptions. "just hit it or something".
3. Navi. Grew up with her. She's cool like that.
4. KoRL. He was... meh. He was a talking boat. but then he totally trolled Ganondorf at the end. So I guess he was ok.
5. Ezlo. He was like the grandpa hat I never had.

Midna is the best, simply because she's the least annoying. Navi is the least heplful and the most annoying, and Fi is somewhere in that vast pit called the middle.

I didn't really care for Fi, but I think people aren't giving her enough credit. First off, she is the spirit of the MS, which is cool in itself. When you call for her, she gives you options for different types of information. You can dowse with her.

What I didn't like about her has already been mentioned. She's too impersonal and soulless. It's like talking to a calculator. And she does have a tendency to spout unsolicited/obvious information.

I didn't think Navi was that bad either! She was the first companion (I believe?) and I think was rather good, considering.

Anyway, Midna is the clear victor for me. She was very involved in the plot, had a personality, and had capabilities outside of just offering information. I loved her character design, too.

Oh dear Lord. I didn't really mind Fi, a bit annoying but nothing like LOOK, LISTEN, WATCH OUT! Navi sucked.

I like Ezlo. Great sense of humour. And Zelda. Midna was a bit too binary for me. One minute shes cheeky and cruel and the next she's acting saintly. No thank you.

All of your arguments on Fi's bad companionship are just pathetic. "Fi had no personality" this, "Fi was annoying" that. Fi was the best companion. Some things she said may have been unnecessary, but I doubt you guys even tried asking her for help in the first place. She gives you 4 things to ask. Not only that, but dowsing was very useful.

The best were Fi, Midna, and Ezlo because you could easily ask them for help at anytime. I know you could talk to Navi through Saria's Song, but that takes a while.

Worst? King of Red Lions. He was definitely cool and all, but he was only good on the sea. Besides, he never really talked much. Just imagine stepping on a boat, knowing its alive, but getting no response. Creepy...
