Ganondorf Concept in OoX

How would you guys of liked seeing this version of Ganondorf in OoX? This would have looked awesome, but not in OoX. I'd love seeing this in a console game, to get the full effect.

I picture this version of Ganondorf being more of a wizard type, using his powers to destroy parts of Hyrule and attempt to steal the soul of Zelda or something.

So, I guess this thread is about what you think this version of Ganondorf, if ever made into a game, would be doing, his goals, his powers, is he in a console game or a handheld game?

Wow! I like it! I think that is an interesting idea and would be perfectly willing to try it out. He looks like he wields great magic and can do a lot of damage with it.

LOL, Ganondorf looks the polar opposite of how he was in TWW.

Personally, I think it should be a game where Ganondorf like flies around and you'll randomly see him and need to hide or like try and distract him from a village or something. It would give the feel that he's not just sitting on a throne, and I feel it would work best with this version. I can't imagine OOTs hovering around being god. Well, I can, but not how I described And WWs...he IS just sitting on a throne or whatever the entire game. So, with this, the point is, he should be DOING something.

I picture him counting sheep.

He kind of looks more like the manipulative palpatine type character. Actually thinking about it that could be awesome having a Ganon who doesn't take hyrule by force but by getting the throne in a semi legal way if that's the best way to say that.

I'm with you. I first thought of the count when I saw that picture. I'm so glad they went with Ganondorf's final design for Oot.

Good thing that wasn't for OoT. lol. It was for OoA and OoS, or OoX for both. =]

He's not an OOX Ganon.

I see. I was wondering wtf people were talking about, so I assumed "OoX" was a typo for "Oot."

Ganondorf's Terminan counterpart.

I can probably get behind evil wizard/vampire Ganondorf if used well enough. I wonder what made them decide on using the classic pig monster instead? Actually I think the only thing that could be dropped to make this workable would be the overly large collar. It is just a little too extravagant for a villain these days. But as far as evil wizards that also moonlight as dark overlords go I can actually see this working out compared to the rest of the character design that came along in the Oracles. Just about everyone in those games were an interesting mix of anime and over exaggerated cartoon style.

Don't forget that we did get a boxing kangaroo in these exact same games and people accepted that well enough.



Somehow vampire Ganondorf does not seem so out of place at all knowing this guy is roaming around Labrynna and Holodrum.
