OOT on all of them because the TP ones were boring and empty.
Although most of the time the TP ones are bigger, that doesn't really mean better.

Lake Hylia- TP or OOT
TP; I like OoT's but I hate the walls surrounding the area, I really like TP's because it is very large and the you see the lake from above on the bridge, which is awesome.

Death Mountain- TP or OOT
OoT; OoT's just seemed more like a rugged mountain to me, it also felt like it was higher up than TP's.

Hyrule Castle- TP or OOT
TP; I assume you mean Ganon's castle, in that case it's still no comparison. While it was a great dungeon in OoT, TP's felt like an actual castle.

Hyrule Castle Town- TP or OOT
Even; I don't really like either to be honest.

OoT; Both are really good, but OoT's feels more mysterious to me.

TP; OoT's is smaller with more to do, but TP's is just bigger and for me that is more important.

Even; I love the desert in both games, but TP's definitely has the better music, I'll say that.

OoT; This one is easy. That music combined with the light coming through the high windows=instant win.

TP lake hylia-
the view with the arched bridge over the valley reminds me of new river gorge in west virginia. so that's a win for me.

TP death mtn-
more realistic volcano features and gorns take advantage of hot springs there

TP Hyrule castle
you can go inside TP's castle, OOT you have to wait until ganon takes over to enter his castle

Castle towns-both for me b/c they have good atmosphere

OOT kokiri forest-
love all the children there and brings back memories when I played as a kid

TP hyrule field-
much larger and more realistic, and I love when the twilight took over the land

TP zoras domain-
the waterfalls made it surreal and it was one of the most beautiful locations in a zelda game

TP gerudo desert
reminded of the mummy movie when I played

TP temple of time-
nothing beats going back in time inside ancient ruins to access it

Ordon Village. That's, like, my dream summer vacation spot. I'm actually looking at buying a nice big spot of land and re-landscaping it to be exactly like Ordon when I'm older. I've also got a notion to buy out a spot of Russia and recreate a Hyrule(TP,OoT, etc) and Termina. It would be one of the nerdiest tourist spots ever, but I would love it.

Lake Hylia- TP or OOT
OOT. I didn't really like being closed in by the giant cliffs in TP. OoT Lake Hylia gave me more of an open feel.

OoT. Dodongo's Cavern! Chyeah!

Well this is hard. Because Ganon's Castle is kickass. But if it's compared to regular OoT Hyrule Castle, than TP wins.

OoT, because that one felt more friendlier, while TP's seemed full of stuffy people to me.

TP. Sacred Grove was absolutely beautiful.

OoT. It seemed bigger, and I liked the ambiance better.

TP. As in general with TP, they made it bigger and more explorable.

Temple of Time- TP or OoT
TP. It was an actual dungeon, rather than a hub.

Lake Hylia: I prefer TP. It's brighter, safer, the music is unique from Hyrule Field (and completely gorgeous), and, of course, there's Fyer and Falbi.

Death Mountain: once again, I choose TP. I love the tough, fraternal community of the Gorons, all the hot springs with Gorons lounging around, and, another 1-up from OoT, it has unique music from Hyrule Field that's a great throwback to Goron City.

Hyrule Castle: definitely TP. The music, the ambiance, the boss battles--not to mention that it is drop-dead gorgeous (you know...for a piece of architecture). This is one of my favorite locations in the series.

Hyrule Castle Town: the one in TP is so much more energetic, with lots of people, sections, brightness, and even a band. Plus--gotta love Malo Mart.

Hyrule Field: hands down, TP. The music, the atmosphere, the enemies, the multiple locations, the scenery...this is another one of my favorite locales from the series.

Zora's Domain: finally, some justice for OoT. It may just be nostalgia, but I really prefer the Zora characters from this one, as opposed to the newer version in TP. There's King Zora, who, just in my personal book, trumps Ralis anyday. Plus, I just like the appearance better. Go interior design!

Temple of Time: and, finally, OoT. I hated the Temple of Time as a dungeon in TP, my favorite part being, of course, the entrance, which was modeled off the one in OoT, physically and musically. I've been to the Temple of Time in OoT so many times throughout my life, and it's become a part of me...at least, as a gamer. (:

Twilight Princess. I think this is the only area that I preferred in Twilight Princess, mostly because of how idyllic it was. I appreciated the fact that it had its own music and was home to the game's most elaborate cave.

I suppose I also have to give this one to TP since OoT didn't have much of a Hyrule Castle. The mix of Hyrule Castle theme with Ganon's Castle them was effective, particularly the way it grew darker as you approached Ganondorf's stronghold.

A tie. TP is larger, and the throne room looks beautiful, but the rest is a bit plain. However OoT Domain is pretty elegant, and it has Princess Ruto.

OOT by far. It actually has Gerudo in it.

Tie. One's a dungeon, and one has the nostalgia going for it. Apart from that it's hard to say.

It seems I have chosen aesthetics for Twilight Princess. Not that I am a Graphic fan-boy, but the limited grapichs on Ocarina of Time just don't do it for me (and I do not have the 3DS version). Personally, for Lake Hylia, Death Mountain, Hyrule Castle, the Forest and Zora's Domain, I prefer the A Link to the Past version. Which I believe looks much better than the OoT versions, and much better considering quality and density than TP.

Lake Hylia- TP or OOT
TP. Mainly because more stuff happened- you had a boss on the lake, the mini games, the launching into the gerudo desert, the Zant cometh, it was a really happening place where everyone seemed to actually be doing something. I love that kind of dynamic in an area, going somewhere and seeing things actually take place at different points in the game.

Death Mountain- TP or OOT
OOT. Again, mainly because it was more dynamic. In TP barely anything truly interesting was going on outside of the fungeon, and all the Gorons ended up heading into Kakariko anyway. OOT on the other hand just had more going for it.

Hyrule Castle- TP or OOT
TP, but only because it borrowed a lot of elements that made Ganons tower so great in OOT. The fact that it was constantly building towards the big showdown, the massive thrown room fights...great stuff.

Hyrule Castle Town- TP or OOT
OOT. OOT just had, again, more going for it, and TP's felt much more lifeless. What was even better was the dynamic between OOT in the past and OOT in the future.

Kokeri Forest (Sacred Grove or Ordon Village) TP or OOT
Tough one because they're so radically different, so it has to be the OOT one I guess. Kokiri forest just feels a bit meatier and even has an annexed dungeon.

Hyrule Field- TP or OOT
-OOT. The ranch in the centre, marathon man, more dynamic night patrol problems, peahats and more. Just generally a much more unpredictable landscape ala the Wind Waker.

Zora's Domain- TP or OOT
OOT. Again, just more lively, though it is beautiful in TP. Just felt more...bland there.

Gerudo Desert- TP or OOT
TP. I think it was the arbiters grounds that did it for me, that place is just a much more impressive area, with a lot more cool events- specially the barn fire. That part was fun and unexpected. I like to be surprised.

Temple of Time- TP or OOT
OOT. What else can I say? :V

OoT: Zora's Domain. It's a pretty relaxing place. If you'd like to RP with a game, I'd recommend doing yoga here. xD

TP: The Yeti's house. Although it's an abandoned fortress, he made it feel like a house in a rainy day, with him preparing the soup and all.
