Title says it. Which song from any of the zelda games touched you the most? This is not asking your favorite,(Unless the song you chose just happen to touch you)

I don't have an mp3, but everytime I listen to the Outset Island theme from Wind Waker, I always get filled with nostalgia because I used to play Wind Waker side by side with one of my best friends who left to Alaska. I haven't seen him since...

Wow. It's a little silly, but that somehow makes it all the more touching. I've never played another video game that gave you a world so worth saving.

Its ok. I am happy you feel that you can share those things! when i know how you feel. When i hear saria's song i get reminded of my friends (Whom i consider brothers)

Practically every one of them. The Legend of Zelda, MOTHER and Cave Story are the only games that I listen to the soundtracks independantly.

Ballad of the Wind Fish and the Song of Storms. For the latter, I've downloaded like 4 remixes of it.

Song of Awakening that plays after the Wind Fish's dialogue.

I like it with the bells in the background that tolls more frequent as the end is near.

Dark World. The song is so adventurous and catchy.

Sorry, but I'll have to admit that I have more than one favorite.




It reminds you that your epic adventure has truly come to end. A mixture of triumph and sadness, it brings back fond memories of my wonderous childhood... Even though I didn't play ALtTP until I was 17 years old, on Wii's virtual console. A truly magical song to me.







Out of all of the dungeon themes in Zelda, these two are the most memorable for me. They represent everything that you should feel while playing through a temple or a dungeon. The Forest Temple theme fits the atmosphere of it's dungeon perfectly, yet sounds so very, very wrong with it's eerie chanting and slow, faint tempo; it makes you feel like someone... or something... is watching you.... While the Stone Tower Temple reminds us that we are playing as a mere boy who manages to stand up against incredible odds.

The Staff Credits of Wind Waker. Slowly all familiar melodies merges and creates an amazing indescribable feeling.

I agree with Mandrag, the Final Hours song is definitely one of the most powerful pieces of music I've ever heard. To me, the Final Hours song is what doom is supposed to sound like.

Song of healing obviously, especially when Link plays it for Darmani. Also the A Link to the Past title music. Both of these songs are just amazing, but there are so many more the list goes on.

The Stone Tower Temple theme. I honestly don't know how or why, it just did.

Sheik's theme. Im not sure why but it is soo nostalgic for me to hear that tune. It just makes me remember being really young and always loving to play Zelda. And the peaceful sound of it all...it's just a special song to me.

The Village of the Blue Maiden from FSA has always been stuck in my head as sort of a "Wake up! Time to get going!" song.



This is without a doubt the darkest song ever crafted in a Zelda game. Not only is the doom of Final Hours (MM) captured, but the sadness, knowing the once proud kingdom you had spent every other Zelda game fighting for was to be destroyed forever under the waves.

Just thinking about it makes me sad.



Oh my god, when I first beat FSA, not only did the music during the credits enlighten me, but the credits themselves did. Every Zelda game should have a wrap-up this well-done.

The end credits from OoT and ALttP always choke me up a little....

and then Kakariko Village's theme always makes me happy.

Each and every soundtrack in each and every Zelda game.

Seriously, I can't pick just one or two or three or twenty for that matter.

With every soundtrack from Zelda that I listen to, a whole new story comes to life.
