whats the fastest you've ever beaten any zelda game?

this isnt a poll or anything but im just curious, whays the fastest you've ever beaten any zelda game (specify game and general time). like in WW i would be able to do that game really fast if you didnt have to sail every where. my OoT is rediculously fast(havent played in a while, but its well under 24 hours), and LTTP i can top off pretty quickly too

Heh... wait 'til TSA posts here... he has a world record for AoL and a top 3 time for TLoZ...
But my fastest for TLoZ was... oh idk, about 5 hours in total (first quest; I've only played it once. This was the GBA one, btw.)
I haven't played AoL...
ALttP (GBA only, haven't played the original) my fastest was 3 hours.
LA/DX is my fastest of all, and I took 2 1/2 hours (I timed it, as I'm good at that game)... and I didn't die either.
OoT- maybe about 14 hours in total (not in one day...)
MM- 7-9 hours.
OoA/OoS- I'm counting this in total, as in OoS main quest, OoA Linked quest, OoA main quest, OoS Linked quest, OoS main hero's quest, OoA linked hero's quest, OoA main hero's quest, AND OoS Linked hero's quest. God, that must have taken me... weeks.
FS- err... to beat it with friends, and to get 10 medals for ALttP to beat the riddle quest, and to get all hero's keys to beat Vaati... 2-3 hours?
TWW- sailing takes a long time, but about 9-12 hours.
FSA- quite short; 4 hours, maybe.

Let's see, for OoT, it took me 3 days to beat. For MM, it took me a few weeks because of school.

I beat games veeeeeery slowly. I hate rushing through them, so I don't really have a record. But first time through either Ages or Seasons, it took me only a few days, maybe around four, though I don't know how long I played each day. I really love those games.

I know, I'm pathetic. Eh, I take my time. ^^ A really long time. OoT, which I am still playing, has taken me about a month or so.

I am that way to, I always seem to take my time on everything, books, games, (and sometimes even homework!). But I do like to rush through after I have beat the game, my fastest would have to be TWW (20 hours)( I play that the most). And Miniblin Im the whose pethetic, it took me at least two months just to finish TWW 1rst time around!

Off subject: Is anyone slower than that?!

Hmm.... I am really slow at playing Zelda Games, but that fastest I've beaten a Zelda game was two days. XD. That's the average of each Zelda Game I played.

That's a lie. The world record is about five and a half hours for a straight completion of the game (done by TSA). Anything so far below that is technically impossible, unless you're not counting cutscenes. In that instance, four hours is actually pretty good for a near-100% completion.

As for me, I don't time myself, but it takes me on average seven or eight hours to get through Ocarina of Time, cutscenes included. The others I haven't bothered to play through quickly.

WW in around 36 hours (on and off playing). It's one of my favorites. But it's too short. The only long part is sailing around. It is the only thing that gets in your way. OoT I beat in 4 days. Plain and simple 4 days.

I take my time and I play like 2 or 3 hours a day.
TWW took me a month to beat.
OoT about 2 months, MM 2 months and FSA 2 weeks. >_>

if you people play those game so fast you can't really enjoy the game can you? anyway the fastest game for me is LOZ, it took me a day or 4

Fianaa- TSA= The Silent Assasin of our boards. He's the one who often dissects the Behind the Rupees articles, and currently holds records for TLoZ, AoL, and appearantly OoT, as Sear stated. I think he also created the Gannon-Ban.

Hmm, 6-ish hours on OoT-but then I used to play it religiously! That's probably my own record-but I don't time myself either.

I would never rush a Zelda game, and I would never time myself either so I have no idea.

After Band Camp, I might have to consider beating Ocarina of Time as quick as I can. As for the fastest, I beat Wind Waker in a month of slow-paced gaming, the others I haven't beaten in a while, so I wouldn't have the slightest clue.

fastest for me is OoA, 1 and half weeks.

Hmmm I really don't know. As far as games go I don't have a marathon or anything. I just go on and off from it as the days go by. There are some games that I've played over and over again that I practically know it by memory. So I'm estimating my times here:

tWW: 2 weeks (This was my record playing the game for my first time)
FSA: 1 week
ALttP: probably about 4 days (If I had nothing to do all weekend)
OoS/OoA/LA: Umm they seem like they are all the same length....3 days.
I've played the other Zelda games, but it has been awhile, so I don't remember. These are the most recent games I've been playing.

That would be over an hour better than the world record, you must be exagerating, or simply lost track of time.

I've only timed oot. I beat it straight through without doing anything extra in about 5 and a half hours, always just off the world record . I beat it getting all item upgrades, quiver, bomb bag giants wallet, golden scale, golden gauntlets, seed satchel, etc. the biggorons sword and the mask quest in about 6 hours.
