Favorite Zelda Ending

What is your favorite Legend of Zelda Game Ending? Mine is the ending from Ocarina of Time when everyone is celebrating the saving of Hyrule and they're all gathered dancing and partying around the Sage Fire , while the sages are watching over them. It gives you a sense of warmth knowing that the sages are watching over the inhabitants of Hyrule. and that no one is fighting with each other any longer :moodswing .

I like the ending from OoT best too. I think it's really... I dunno, "warm"! ^________^
I also liked tWW's ending a little too. I have yet to see AoL's though...

I like the whole party scene at the end of OoT- But there should have been more people if it was all of Hyrule celebrating, yes? Also, the Link/Zelda part is really cute/sad. :embrsd:

I agree they should have every character EVEN LINK AND ZELDA *hint hint* because you'd think that as protector of Hyrule he'd be there at his own celebration

I liked the WW creits, mainlt, because it played the theme to the game, and I love it. Also, I like the little people flying up in bubbles. That was cute and awesome at the same time ^^

I say Wind Waker because the whole ending was fantastic. Everything just before the Puppet Ganon fight, where Ganon is speaking to Zelda in the bed all the way to it says 'The End'. If you take in everything said, it was one of the best video game endings ever.

And Zelda's Lullaby played during the credits again.

But I guess I should answer in one of them. I have yet to finish OoT, because I'm too busy with FFCC and Golden Sun: tLA, so I'd have to say... the Oracle games, because you can still play them even after they end, and get more rings, and then transfer data. Wait... that's not an option. Hmm, then I'd say MM because its cute.

Its very hard to choose, The endings in all the Zelda games are good but OoT and WW are just fantastic endings.
Hard....very hard...but I choose OoT just.

I only like the ending from The Wind Waker. I think it had a lot of emotions in it, and it was sort of sad <_< >_>

I chose ALttP as my favorite... OoT has an amazing ending as well...

My favorites were the Oracle games... but other than that, I picked TWW. That game was so epic at the very end, what with the water flooding down into Hyrule during the rooftop battle of Link and Zelda against Ganondorf... and of course Zelda shooting arrows was cool, too. Before that, the wish scene with King Hyrule was fun to watch... and his little speech. Ah good game. *rushes off to play The Wind Waker*

I quite liked the endings from Ocarina of Time and Majoras Mask. They were both done brilliantly. I do prefer the Majoras Mask ending because the ending is created by you when you complete each event in the notebook

Hey! Link's Awakening isn't an option but FSA is?!
I personally disliked ALttP's ending. It was too happy with every issue being resolved, so it felt flat. After all,
"There can be no triumph without loss
No victory without suffering
No freedom without sacrifice"
The victory in ALttP came at no cost, so it wasn't very poignant. The credits were nice though.
My vote would have gone to LA because even though Link succeeds in his quest, the whole island is destroyed in the process. It's sad watching Koholint and its people vanish, even though they never existed. When Link awakens in the middle of the ocean, he sits reflecting unitl he see the Wind Fish and realizes that it was more than a dream. After the credits, if you beat the game without dying, you realize that Marin actually did exist and her wish finally comes true.
OoT gets my vote because the finale was very dramatic. There is a touch of melancholy in the ending because Link and Zelda know that even though they sealed Ganon away he will return someday as long as he has the Triforce of Power. They then return to the original timeline, where Navi leaves and no one remembers their deeds.
TWW also had a nice ending, even though I disliked most of the game. The cinema scenes starting at Puppet Ganon are great, although it seems like the game's main struggle should have been between Daphnes and Ganondorf, but Link and Zelda were dragged into it. It's sad seeing Link's boat without eyes anymore because the spirit left it. The closing line "The wind will guide us" fits right in. If only the credits were more interesting.

I liked the ending from OoT and MM the best, though I voted for OoT. I liked how most people were partying at the end because Ganon was finally gone and the Sages were watching everyone. I liked the MM one because you get a glimpse at everyone's lives now that the evil moon is gone. LA's did have a good ending, although it was sad. And WW, well, it had an okay ending, but I still felt a little unsatisfied with it.

I would have said LA, that windfish was bizarre, and I felt kind of sad when
Koholint island disappeared, but It's not on the list.

So I'd pick WW, I like the intro to Ganon, when the King gets the triforce,
when Link stabs ganon in the head, and when he reaches for the king but
he's just too far away .
