What super heroes has Link been?

What's the first word that comes to your mind when you think of Link? For me, it's the word "hero." Which got me thinking. Our friend in green has many similarities with various super heroes. The one that he is most similar with it my personal favorite, Batman. Like Batman, Link carries so much equiptment with him, some that are similar to what batman uses. He has the hookshot, the boomerang (like the BAT-a-rang), the Deku Leaf (where he glides like Batman does with his cape), and more. So I thought we should list qualities that Link shares with other super heroes. Here's what I came up with....

Batman (obvious reasons already stated)

Spiderman (double clawshotin Twilight Princess)

Wolverine (mole claws in Minish Cap)

Superman (the golden gauntlets that give him super strength)

Silver Surfer (the spinner from TP)

The Incredible Hulk (the hammer from numerous games. Just think:"LINK...SMASH!")

Aquaman (Zora Link from MM)

peter pan cuz i think link stole his wardrobe

Storm from X-Men, for sharing weather-controlling qualities through the Song of Storms and Wind Waker.

Flash/Quicksilver, for sharing speed capabilities with the Bunny Hood.

Invisible Woman when he's wearing the Stone Mask.

Link also shares similarities with Multiple Man, in that he can create duplicates of himself with the Elegy of Emptiness in Majora's Mask.

In contradiction to you comparing him to Hulk with the Megaton/Skull Hammers, I think Link is more like Thor when wielding those.

Catwoman, when he's sneaking around Woodfall Island and imitating a cat's meow.

You said Link is like Superman with the Golden Gauntlets, but isn't it Wonder Woman who owns a pair of indestructible bracelets?

Finally, I don't know much about Green Arrow, but isn't he an archer/swordsman like Link? I think he even has arrows that put out fires and explode.

In Oracle of Ages, Link gets an upgrade to the flippers- a mermaid suit. It lets him swim in rough sea water and swim around in completely underwater rooms.
But Link actually becomes a mermaid, so...

Well, which superhero could you compare the Fierce Deity to?

I was going to say something about Link's transformation into a wolf, but I couldn't think of any superheroes that are werewolves. I suppose it's similar to Wolverine in some ways.

This is true, and a good point. But I'm pretty sure from the first post that this thread is just for heroes that Link relates to. I, too, thought of several things in the Zelda world comparable to superheroes, but I still think we're only supposed to say ones about Link.
