This list seems a little exclusive, but it does have my favorites on there so I voted anyways. Major is my favorite by far, and for many reasons. One, she's mysterious, not much is known about the past of Majora at all. The child like quality in the mask was also very unique and a big plus for me. My runner up is Bongo Bongo much for the same reasons. I'm obsessed with the theories around Bongo Bongo and the Sheikah.

Vaati by far. Ganondorf and Majora always sucked imo, but Vaati was plain awesome. The rest are so-so.

Vaati and Majora. I would've voted for Ganondorf as well because he's so lovely but I figured he's got enough votes already.
I love Vaati in TMC, he was basically just a spoiled child who wanted to surpass his teacher. I want more of Vaati, but I fear we won't see any more of him... Majora, as well. It's just plain out freaky and weird, a creature of chaos wanting to cause chaos. I love it.
