Zelda Game Titles

What is your favorite and least favorite Legend of Zelda game title and why? Just the title, not gameplay, graphics, story or anything else.

Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker is my fav. i love the wind i like waking up i love legend of zelda simples.
i dislike... The legend of zelda Spirit Tracks. Sounds gay simples (i will buy it tho other wise i cant say i have every zelda game out atm )

Twilight Princess has a certain feeling to it. Can't really explain it.

Fav: The Legend of Zelda: A link to the past (Double meaning's are awsome)
Worst: The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks (Just sounds dumb)

My favorite title is Twilight Princess. I think it's because it sounds a bit romantic...

My least favorite title is Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, because it doesn't have "The Legend of" in the title.

twilight princess didnt really mean anything to me

I think majora's mask cuz I love saying majora's and masks are cool

My favorite is Twilight Princess. At first, you don't know what the title means. Then you think the Twilight Princess is Zelda. And then, 8 dungeons later, when you find out who Midna really is, you go, "Oh, so that's what the title means!"

Wind Waker is a close second.

My least favorite title is Minish Cap. Think about it. That title sounds more like it's meant for a Mario game than a Zelda one.

I would have to say MM. Sounds beyond epic. When I say Twlight Princess, people stare at me and say "Wtf you play Disney games?"

The least is Spirit Tracks. Just say it out loud and see how stupid it sounds.

^ He's asking what your favorite NAME is. Leave out all the gameplay, the title itself is what he's asking.

As for me either MM or OoT.
But I choose OoT.

Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time because each featured one thing in the game that was related to the title? Wow, how creative and deep those titles are.
Wind Waker is better then both because it not only refers to the item, but Link who becomes the Waker of the Winds.

@Okami: no gameplay! Title only!

Majora's Mask and The Wind Waker, the first is somewhat mysterious and the second is just epic.

My least favorite is Link's Awakening. Sure, the game is awsome (the best of the handhelds, in my opinion), but... "Link is awake!!! Heroic!!!" doesn't sound right to me...

... Are you kidding me... This is what I talk about when I mean a deep title. Link isn't waking up, even if that is a joke, you are ignoring the fact that in the game Link had a spiritual "awakening" so to speak.

The title should mean something, not just sound cool or nice to the tongue, that is just a nice bonus if it does.

Also, Twilight Princess is another good example because we are set up to first think that Zelda is the Twilight Princess, when we later find out Midna is the ruler of the Twili, another Twilight Princess.

You want a cheesy pizza waffle?

I like the Zelda title Majora's Mask it sounds good to me I'm not sure why the Zelda title I don't like is Links Adventure I don't know to me it sounds plain and boring because the whole series becomes an adventure.

A Link to the Past.

Worst:.............. Spirit Tracks, no. Minish Cap, yeah.
But I liked Minish Cap more than A Link to the Past, speaking of the games.

A Link to the Past, because of the double meaning; and Twilight Princess. It has a dark, mysterious feeling, yet appealing. It's beautiful.
And I don't say this, because I like/dislike the game, because I haven't played with it yet. x3 So it's a pure instinct, therefore correct.
