Secondary defining Triforce trait
Zelda, Link, Ganondorf.
Wisdom, Courage, Power. Everyone knows this. But... no person is completely defined by one trait. So, knowing what we do about the Triforce, which piece do you think is the second most prominent in each of these characters? For me, I'd say it's Power for Zelda. As I've mentioned elsewhere, she has a bit of a Machiavellian streak in her, always conspiring and manipulating events like in Ocarina. She does so with good intentions and I think it comes from just... being royalty. It's hard for that not to make you superior, but I think Zelda has a touch of that ambition and power-trip in her. For Link? Wisdom. Though he is a very strong man, he doesn't have at all the right kind of personality that would receive the Triforce of Power. He's a very humble, quiet, unassuming young man, who wouldn't have the slightest idea what to do with absolute power - unlike Zelda, who I think could think of some uses. This same quality that makes him not desirous of power, is also what makes him wise. Not in a brilliant way like Zelda, but in a more rational, down-to-earth way. Ganondorf's seems pretty obvious: Courage. Sure, Ganondorf is very smart. Smarter than Link. But he's not wise. His mistakes are usually based on arrogance, selfishness, a certain hot-tempered nature and the corruptive nature of absolute power: both of that implies a very non-wise temperate soul. So there you go. Each of the trio have a different secondary (and thus, different last) Triforce trait as well. |

Re: Secondary defining Triforce trait
Hmm... Well all I can say is that your pretty much dead on, i would just give Link power not wisdom, Link might not know what to do with it but if someone crosses him they will be sorry or if another threat arises in Hyrule he can be stronger when it comes to stopping in.
Also you should of posted this in the Theory section, or somewhere along the lines of that, the ZU theorists will probably have more to say to it then what I have
