Wow, I'm the first to vote for Mario. I like Mario because he's very funny. And his character is flat, making him useful for inclusion in other games.
But then again, I am on a Zelda site, and I adore the series, so I'll also cash the vote in for The Legend of Zelda.

Mario and sonic are really good games. (well most are) Zelda games however are well legendary.

This is like comparing apples and oranges with a nice juicy piece of steak. True, the vegetarians will choose the fruit but the rest of us will go with the steak. The steak being Sonic of course

I like old Sonic games thanks to nostalgia.
Mario Games are somehow entertaining. Zelda Games because they're the best.
