Which OoT Mini-dungeon is your favorite and why? Post and Win Free Ebook

Hi, all. As you can see in my sig., I just published my first books. Well, part of their inspiration comes from Zelda! I'm proposing a contest in which people who post in this thread can win a free copy of the first ebook in The Hero Chronicles. Since Link travels through time and the first book is called The Hero of 1000 Years, seems appropiate, eh? If interested, all you have to do is post a reply on the discussion topic:

So, which OoT/MM minidungeon is your favorite and why? We're always talking about the main dungeons, but what about those little, annoying holes in the wall? Which did you like or dislike? Talk about it here.

If you post in this thread and would like to receive a free copy of my book mentioned above, mention it at the end of your post and I'll send you a personal message to ask how you'd like me to email your ebook.

Thanks and enjoy!

I voted for the Bottom of the Well. It is just amazingly scary to me and I love the feeling I get when I'm finally out of there. xD

The Pirates Fortress from MM. God, I loved sneaking around and changing into different forms. And the music was amazing.

I don't trust you with my email. Count me out, thanks.

The Well in Majora's Mask all the way. It was annoying to get the items, but at the same time the atmosphere is so creepy.

I entirely understand the concern some of you feel. I could totally be a weird spammer or something of that nature. So, if anyone is truly interested in a free ebook but is wary of handing out their email address, they can check out this link:

Kalkion is a fantasy e-magazine. They will be publishing a story of mine next week and also posted this article on my books. If you feel better contacting and obtaining a free ebook through them, please feel free. Also, if you subscribe to their free newsletter, they offer free ebooks by other authors as well.

Kudos to all who like the Gerudo Fortress! I am obsessed with that whole place, including the Spirit Temple, Hores-back Archery, and the mini-dungeon with the ice arrows whose name still escapes me!

It was a tough choice between the Gerudo Fortress and the Deku Palace, but I ultimately had to vote for the Deku Palace. I loved evading the guards and carefully aiming where I floated to with the deku flower. I also just love the music and feel of the Deku Palace in general.

Pirate's Fortress get's an honorable mention to.. the cut scene with the bees was fun to watch. =P

Ahh, I loved the Pirate Fortress too. I loved getting to fight each pirate--and taking their pics at the same time, lol. I always wished you could interact with Aveil and the 'special' pirates more though.

My fav was easily beneath the well. I like it because it was really creepy and I remember playing it and being afraid to go anywhere because of all the traps. And that boss monster..... the way he drops his jaw down..... shivers.

I would have to go with Gerudo Fortress. It was a fun change to have to use stealth to get through a dungeon, instead puzzle solving.

I put my vote down for the Gerudo Pirate Fortress. It was quite enjoyable, especially scaring the Pirates with Bees and being able to "knock" them out. It is also quite enjoyable knocking them out whilst wearing the Stone Mask.

I would've said Gerudo Fortress, but it was pretty much the same thing over and over. It was pretty fun to snipe the Gerudo guards, though. But, I voted for the Ice Cavern. I dunno, I guess I just liked how they added a little bit more depth to Link... made him seem more human by making him shiver and sneeze. Made me wanna snuggle him warm. :>

Wow, alot of Beneath-the-well lovers. I personally didn't like the place as a kid. All the dead stuff freaked me out. I got caught and killed by a redead one time...very painfully slow death. Traumatized me for a good, long while. Playing it when I'm older though, it does have its appeal. So does the Shadow Temple. I'm less freaked out and can appreciate their mysterious appeal a little better.

Gerudo Fortress is my favorite because :
1. I like the gerudos
2. I thought it was fun sneaking past guards.

Gerudo fortress was the most fun that I can remember. It had the perfect balance of stealth and fighting. The fights with the Gerudo guards were well balanced difficulty wise, and sniping with the bow was pretty fun. It got even more challenging when you ran out of arrows :3
