Talking Which 2-D dungeon would you like to see in a 3-D Zelda?

Just as the title says. Which dungeon from a 2-D Zelda game would you like to see in a 3-D Zelda?

I'd like to see either the Eastern Temple or Tower of Hera from ALttP. That'd be cool. Or maybe the Temple of Droplets from Minish Cap.

None of them would work in 3D.

If anything, I'd much rather like to see an entire 2-d game remade in 3-d. Having just one dungeon is too much of a teaser for me.

Imagine fighting Vitreous in 3D that'd be pretty cool, and the Armos Knights, Helmasaur King and Trinexx would be huge and amazing! Gargoyle's domain would be confusing as heck, Turtle Rock would be good getting thrown through those pipes.

Seconded on Eagle's Tower. The top view at boss battle would be pretty cool unless the developers are lazy to have the view clouded.

The magical key has a lion on it, and that's cool. It's a skeleton key that works on all locks in Hyrule. It's magical because Link gets to keep it after unlocking a door. This is why we play fantasy games, to escape into a world where you can do magical stuff like use the same key twice.

I definitely agree with you and they should start with Link's Awakening.

Is that the one that has multiple floors and you have to make them fall down on one another?

If it is, that would be epic.

Re: Which 2-D dungeon would you like to see in a 3-D Zelda?

Ice palace from A Link To The Past... because there is not an single 3D ice based dungeon in the series apart from snowhead temple...

Turtle Rock would be warmly accepted too... it would be fun using the cane of somaria in the "?" blocks in 3D, as well as using the transport pipes...

I also loved the swamp palace, and it would be an not so frustrating water dungeon such as the water temple, and much more fun to explore...

I agree.

The majority of dungeons I want is too much of a tease rather then to just have an entire remake of the 2D game in 3D. There isn't much of a choice for me.

Good choice. I can't remember all of the 2D dungeons right now, but this sounds good to me.
