Star Ocean IV: International Coming to PS3 - Mr. W, keep buying systems 4 no reason

The game? Yeah, people complained it was really cheesy, and it didn't meet expectations as much.

I have yet to play it, though, to see for myself.

They managed to make the game even worse than Star Ocean 3, which is pretty surprising considering how bad SO3 was : (

-JPN/English voices
-Battle targets can be changed
-Menu has been redone

And since it's a PS3 game, you can just import it if they don't release it in the US! Except... You don't want to play this game.

The story wasn't overly interesting and the voice acting was bad, but the battle system made up for that I think. Having to change discs every 3 seconds late in the game was ridiculous though. I assume it'll just be 1 disc with the PS3 so that shouldn't be a problem.

I hope it is good. The first one was alright.

Let's just hope Blu-ray disc is put to good use. With ports like Ninja Gaiden II recieving an overwhelming amount of bonus content, a JRPG could really benefit from such.

Really hoping that comes to the US on the PS3. Bummed about the resolution, because frankly, it's cell shading... what the heck is so taxing about that, but the extra content sounds worth it.

And SO4 International is supposed to have "improved graphics due to the power of Blu-raylawl," so maybe that'll mean battles won't be rendered at 800x500p?

Is this one of the only differences? Did they just take the game and fix some things, and are trying to resell it? Because I'm perfectly fine with the copy I own now.
