I think Xbox 360 not only has the better games, but it's a better value. But if I had to choose which console has a more exciting future, I'd say Wii. New Super Mario Bros. Wii, FFCC: The Crystal Bearers, Galaxy 2, Other M, and Zelda Wii have me far more interested than Halo Reach or Natal.

Well, if that's the case, then the X360 will always win because, factually, it has superior support from developers. But, as you can see, there are plenty of people who prefer their Wii's to their X360's.

I, personally, don't play either that much anymore. The Wii is good for an occasional romp in Wii Sports Resort and I use my X360 mostly for TV shows. They get about equal time, so in the subjective sense I really have no reason to say that either is better than the other, even though, as I've already said, the X360 has superior support and more games that score better.

We all know that there's more to playing video games than just sticking to the stuff that gets the best scores.

Re: Wii VS. Xbox 360

it's subjective really. each person has different tastes so its difficult to have a universal answer.

I own both a Wii and 360. While I like both consoles, my wii rarely gets played while my 360 gets played all the time. I actually have 2 360's. 1 for me and 1 for my wife for online gaming and lanning purposes; something the wii terribly lacks. the wii currently offers nothing that even remotely compares to the experience of xbox live.

so my personal vote goes to the 360 but that's just my opinion. I much prefer the games available on the 360 and also enjoy how they look on my 46" 1080p tv.
