Zelda Wii at E3 Banning Bet

Okay, I just wanted to make sure before I did something stupid. So no, no bets from me here then. Carry on. *Will prepare the popcorn for watching people get hit with the banhammer*

ZU is my most visited forum, so unless the prize gets better I'm a no go.

^Yeah there needs to be an incentive besides a week ban. Otherwise it's rather pointless.

You either make a bet that Zelda Wii will be at E3, or you make the bet that Zelda will not be at E3. The losing side is banned.

For example: If Zelda Wii is shown at E3, those who bet that it wouldn't be shown will be banned, and vice versa.

Think of it this way:

If Zelda is there, regardless of how you bet, you get a new Zelda.

If Zelda is not there, and you voted that it wouldn't be, instead of being disappointed, you can appreciate the fact that you aren't banned.

There! It's a win-win situation, unless you make the bet that Zelda will be at E3, and it isn't...

Hmm... reward, huh? I'm trying to think of something suitable...

Maybe a forum admin or w/e (not used to the staff and their powers yet) could make 'Bet Winner' group that lasts a week?

Yeah, that could work.

Wii Sports Resort was announced 12 months before its release. Sin & Punishment 2 was announced 8 months ago and we still don't have a release date. I don't think a Zelda announcement more than a year before its release is out of the question. I'll take the bet.

I was thinking more than a week so the loser will be able to see the banners mocking them when they return.
