What is your best Pokémon game that you bought dear friends!

Gold and Silver, you weren't cool if you didn't have those game when they came out.

Ruby was my favorite game of all time! I spent alot of time playing it. Its one of my favorite special games. I played it for 3 years straight. I always caught new pokemon and trained them to at least level 60, and i would always trade with my friends trying to complete the pokedex.

Yellow, then later, Gold.

well silver,leaf green and diamond are the best ones for me!

Sapphire
Diamond

I am looking forward to getting Platinum (although the sprites aren't as nice as Diamond's)

Nothing after Platinum will matter.

(I never got a chance to play G,S,C)

Silver...

Kanto and Johto together makes for sheer win.

Gold is the best one of all.

I alos love Red/Blue. Hell, ANYTHING Generation 1 and 2 is awesome!

My parents were the ones who thought that Pokémon were demons,
so I never BOUGHT a copy of the games.

I did borrow games from my friends and I must say the best one so far is Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

I don't think I've ever been more hyped for a game than I was for these. I bought any magazine that even hinted at a preview for it - EGM, Nintendo Power, the first issue of Pocket Games, and hell, even those old Wizard of the Coast TCG mags and the swill known as Gamepro.

Of course, the truly great thing about G/S was that it delivered.

Sapphire and Ruby version on the GBA is perhaps the greatest Pokemon game that I have ever played.

I have not played Silver, Gold or Crystal, so I am missing out.

lol, I feel sorry for you. My mom is like the most hardcore Christian around but she brought me a lot of Pokemon products as a kid. Thank God for Common Sense.

Gen I? Yes. All three
Gen II? Not yet. I was gonna borrow Crystal from my friend but his mom sold it in a garage sale.
