Also, Missouri police just introduced pedophiles to a new outlet to exploit children.

Do not make generalizations about the state of Missouri. Do you really think the "Mid-Missouri Internet Crimes Task Force" represents the entire state? More so this one investigator?

Re: What Missouri thinks about Animal Crossing: City Folk =/

I missed the part where "A police investigation in Missouri" meant "The whole damn state."

Or Doctor Fish beat me to it.

Everybody knows that St. Louis is rather the 51st state of the union.

Also, the organization says "Mid-Missouri." Do any of you know what Mid-Missouri is like? There is NOTHING. Simply the capitol (for some odd reason), Branson (which I swear is its own little world), and corn (oh my god there's so much corn).

Thank you Missouri police. With this new information I have just turned myself into Chris Hansen, who promptly asked me to take a seat. Right over there.

It is originally a story from a poster on IGN which was then translated into Korean and the comic was first posted on the Korean site www.thisisgame.com.

Here's an article that has links to everything in their original context.

As for whether it's true or not, I'm not sure. I haven't found anything saying it's not true. Though a few people believe the mother in the story is the in-game mother sending presents and not the real-life mother. I would think the way the in-game mother writes her letters would make it difficult to mistake the character for the person's real mother, so I'm thinking it's probably true.
