Prince of Persia Vs Lemmings

This, for me, is the matchup of the round, the group at least. My two favourite games of the pre-console era. Both have had stylish sequels in 'Sands of Time' and 'Paintball', but you just can't beat the original. So which gave you greatest pleasure? hacking the fat guard on level 6 or beating the Nightmare on Lem Street? This could go down to the wire...

I voted Prince of Persia. Because I have never played a lemming game even though I heard they were very good.

I have never tried Prince of Persia, although I plan to soon. Lemmings just brings that odd like fun you get. Not to mention it involves quick, intense thinking.

Having played and immensly enjoyed both games, It's quite difficult to decide. But, I'm going to go with the Prince Of Persia games. This series offers an incredible mix of action, strategy and a reasonably good storyline.

Lemmings Owns you all!!!no way is PoP better, Lemmings is hard, fun, addictive, has an awesome soundtrack, and comes with a nuke button, does PoP have that???

and Nightmare on Lem st. wasn't that hard... if its the one i'm thinking of... might not be though...

1. Rules are rules - u had a day to vote, 2 more people voted for Prince of Persia than Lemmings. Nightmare on Lem St. wasn't that hard, no, but I had trouble thinking of a level off the top of my head. Lemmings rules, but so does PoP.

1. no where in the thingy does it say "You only have a day to vote." or something of the sort.

If you aren't buying PoP, then you're better off dead. The game continues to astound me, as I progres to nearly 70% completion, there are changes in plot and new enemies everywhere. The game plays in a totally realistic manner (what with the running up walls and what-not...**rolls eyes**) I won't even take the time for voting, seeing as how you know my response. If you actually DO buy Lemmings over PoP, then tell me so I can hurl myself off of a cliff faster than those little suckers.

I'm about to buy PoP, actually (Sands of Time, that is). But it's always out of stock...

i bought lemmings... about... 3-4 years ago. sorry i couldn't tell you sooner, but you would have been dead...

what? dude, The sands of Time is the second PoP... the original came out at around the same time as Lemmings...

Eh? Wasn't the original PoP on NES? Or am I confused?
