Actually, Sony is doing awesome. They, as well as Microsoft, are doing bad in comparison to Nintendo.

Which means they are losing. Losing =/= doing well.

They are doing the worst out of all the companies, in effect, they are losing money.

But they're not. Nintendo and microsoft might be doing better, but that doesn't mean that sony is doing BAD. They have a Big enough part of the market share to keep making consoles and games while making money.

EDIT: Yeah, one thing alot of memebers need to learns, is that when Mr. Wonderful says something about sony, it's best to listen.

I don't give a rat's ass about Sony's profit in regards to selling mp3 players.
They are losing money on the PS3 and that is all that has been said.

And I'm trying to tell you that they're NOT losing money on the ps3. Sony's other divisions are actually doing terrible and have been for years. (when was the last time you saw someone with a walkman?)

If i'm not mistaken, I remember reading somehwere that they either already have or are predicted to do so within the next financial year.

And at the rate they're going, I can easily see that as a reality.

Don't get me wrong. I hate the damn thing. But the notion that sony is losing money on the ps3 is simply not true. They had to make a few modifications to the package (crappy ones) and release a few games, but it's simply not the case anymore.

You just can't admit when you're wrong can you? There's only an 8% percent difference in market share between the 360 and ps3. the ps3 is doing FINE. just not as well as he other 2.

The PS3s' are pretty close to cutting even, even then the Sony gaming division is still doing very great.
