WWE Day Of Reckoning

Just seen an article on the next WWE game on GC! It looks brilliant! I just can't wait to see more. I think they should let you create stables etc. What does everybody else want to see in it? Here's the web address:

Eh, looks interesting, the Single Player Mode looks good, I can't believe IGN gave Wrestlemania a 8...o<O

Anyways, the graphics look good, let's just hope it's not glitchy

I hope that it doesn't have any sign of Revenge Mode. While original, it was quite repetitive. I can't wait to see more at E3 (Hopefully). I think they should bring in a lot of match types aswell. This is what X9 was severely lacking. No 6 man tag, elimination chamber, 2 out of 3 etc, so I'm hoping for all types of matches to be seen (except Kennel In The Cell!)

I was a little disappointed with WrestleMania 19...

the Revenge Mode was cool and all but I would prefer a very in-depth story-line mode...

my roommate has "Smackdown! Here Comes the Pain" on ps2 and I found myself playing that more simply for the great story-line mode...

if Day of Reckoning has something similar to that or better, then WAHOO for this game...

I hope so because since "No Mercy" for the N64, I've been itchin' for a great wrestling game with an excellent story-line mode to be on the 'Cube...

I wonder if, in the story mode, if you start out as say, The Rock, will you have to go through all the jobbers before going into WWE. Will you start in WWE? Plus, I hope they've got 6 man tornado tag matches aswell, because I played one on smackdown! 5 with my mate and that seemed really cool.

Plus, I hope you can create rivalries like No Mercy. A wrestler had a list of wrestlers who wee their rivals. The one who was at the top of that list would almost always interfere in a match. I thought that was great too. (If they have interference in DOR, something that was sorely missed by me in X8 and X9. It added to excitement in matches cos you never knew who was going to come out.)

Yeah, I just read about this game, its sounding really good.

Wrestlemania XIX was awesome too, I still love playing that. The main controls are just right. It seems now they are now adding features and stuff, which is great... with a submission system similar to Smackdown. Its aaall good.

And I'm glad they are trying to mix the robotic entrance walks too. Man did they suck... I mean, you had these really cool and refined entrance animations... but when they started walking... blech.

I also own Smackdown HCTP, and I really don't enjoy the controls as much as WM, so I'm glad they are keeping with them.

I hope it's good, the past ones were disappointing, but hopefully this one will actually live up!

This new game looks good, i cannot wait for it
