Havik in the Zelda universe...

In Mortal Kombat, there is a guy named Havik who strives to sow Chaos and disorder wherever he goes. I say that to ask, in the Zelda universe, whose side would Havik take in the struggles?

None. He'd get in everybody's way, because chaos takes no sides.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say none or evil's.

Does Havik have a personality? Background? Or is just some generic evil guy?
