GTA IV Silencers

Hey Everyone-

I couldn't find too much good information on this topic,l so thought I might as well ask it here. Is there silenced pistols in GTA IV? If so, could you list where you get one, or the attachment OR gunstore you got it @. If its one of the underground gun stores can you list where it is and where you find it? Thanks so much
