Metriod or Halo?

1. Who would win in a fight Samus or Mastercheif and why? In my opion Samus would so own Mastercheif.

2. Which one do you like better Metroid or Halo. For me metriod defently.

Wow I made a topic about this long ago and it got flammed so bad.

Well there is a movie you can search on Youtube called, Haloid, and shows a battle between masterchief and Samus aran.

Non-biased view? Metroid no contest.

Chief vs Samus: Samus

I prefer Halo games over Metroid games though.

Samus would own Master Chief. She kicks more ass than him.

I also prefer Metroid rather than Halo, especially Metroid Prime (unless that's what you meant to begin with). Metroid Prime is a really unique shooter, and I doubt there will be any shooter like it.

Read the Gamepro issue w/ Halo 2 vs. Metroid Prime 2 vs. Killzone. Samus won 9 to Master Chief 8.
They really couldn't be more opposite if you think about it:
Halo is more influential in it's shooting aspects and Multiplayer
Metroid is all about exploration and singleplayer.
Samus works alone.

Halo is pretty sweet and Halo 2 never really got old for me... Metroid has it's moments in the singleplayer... I think I like the story in Halo more though. But I think Samus is totally hotter...

I achualy watched the video of samus fighting Master Cheif. When Master Cheif apeared I was like what the hell you can't do that much a dmage at once withh out geting killed or shot. Also isn't Master Cheif a boy, but in the movie she was a girl am a wrong or was the movie wrong.

Samus would own Master Chief in every way. More weapons, more health, more agility, more ways to kill.

And I personally prefer Metroid over Halo. Halo is a decent shooter, but there are hundreds of other decent shooters on the Xbox, so why is Halo so special? Metroid is unique, and wins for that alone.

Metroid is better then Halo, I like the feeling of being alone in Metroid. The quiet eerie feeling that your fighting alone on this distant planet, a planet that once had a civilization, yet they all mysteriously disappeared. And all that remains are the quiet ruins of the past.

.....That's why I love Metroid, and that's why I made that montage towards it.

But overall the story of Samus trying to destroy the pirates who killed here family is quite touching. And I always hope that one day I'll get to see a Chozo.... The last one, or something like that. Seeing Skytown on planet Elysia made me very happy.

I would say i like metroid better and i havent played any halo game excepte for the first. but if i were to say metroid is better than halo a school many people would disagree and argue.


(maybe 10 people play metroid at my school to 200 people who play halo)

Metroid = Orange.

Halo = Apple.

I love oranges, and I enjoy apples on occasion.

Halo is just another PC like first person shooter which I find boring. Metroid wins by miles plus Samus is cool.

I would rather play PONG! than play Halo.

Halo is okay, but I enjoy the Metroid series more.

but when you can find paradise in Pong,

I think they're both equally fun. Metroid delivers the amazing single player experienc while Halo is all about intense multyplayer gameing. So if you have friends over, play Halo, if not, Metroid.

Metroid and Halo are 2 compleatly diffrent types of games! Sure, they both are FPS, but they are otherwise diffrent. Metroid is mostly an adventure game, while Halo is a military sim.

Anyway, I generally do have more fun playing Halo.
