What is your favorite game?

The one you would choose above any other game.. any day.
I'm sure some will choose a Zelda game, but I know some won't, in my case well.. (No offense ) Zelda is nowhere near my favorite game, don't get me wrong it owns, best Single player game ever, but well I'm an online games guy.

I would kill for a Wii or a DS so I can start playing them, but well playing with my brothers and friends is funnier than kicking Ganondorf's ass.

So..mine would be Shadowbane, an awsome MMO PvP game, the best PvP MMO game if I may say so.
Besides would be cool if someone else play it, so I can play with you

So what about you?

For me, it's a three way tie between Luigi's Mansion, Super Mario Galaxy, and Brawl. They're all awesome and I can't choose which is better. Luigi's Mansion has humor, storyline, and fun, SMG has places, controls, and storyline, and Brawl has controls, moves, and fun. SMG is fun too, but I just can't choose between the three.

All stand at the top of my list. :]

I know this game was hated by many critics but for some reason I thought it looked alright then I played it. I loved it.

The Darkness
I loved the gripping suspenseful heartbreaking story. I loved most of the gameplay. And I never thought that devouring hearts would be so much fun.
This game was so good and is the number one selling point for a 360 or a PS3 for me. The graphics were some of the best I've seen since Gears of War, I thought better. The story was absolutely gripping and just had you second guessing the whole time. I truely felt a whole sink in my stomach when... well you will just have to play the game. The games pretty hillarious to.

Actually I have no favorite game only favorites

I was tempted to say "Super Mario Galaxy", but it needs to stand the test of time. It will take a few years to see if my opinion holds, and isn't temporary.

No series has produced as many classics and high-quality titles as the Final Fantasy series, and my favorite game from that series, thus, my favorite game of all time, would be Final Fantasy IX, the best out of the FF "Golden Age" (Which is the PS1 era, for any of you casual or younger gamers.)

Undeniably a great game. FFVII comes close, followed by FFVIII (A game that was, unfortunately, greatly disliked. For silly reasons, at that.)

Quite simply, Ocarina of Time is my favourite game ever. Why else would I be here?

Obviously, part of me wishes to be more traditional with the likes of Super Mario, Doom, Sonic the Hedgehog, Rise of the Triad, Abe's Oddysee, Midnight Resistance, Last Ninja 2 and Virtua Cop to name but a few, but all told OoT is the absolute best of the best.

Honourable mentions to Goldeneye and GTA: Vice City.

Psh, yeah, I know. Predictable.

But it wouldn't be predictable if it wasn't such a great game.
Besides, when I think, what game is worthy enough to be able to call it "favorite" and only that game immediately comes to mind.

As far as the question of what the greatest game is goes, I too would have to say Ocarina of Time. Its quality is unmatched, and its perfection is apparent and widely declared.

As far as my favorite game goes, that changes a lot, maybe even by the week. For storyline and charm, I really like Yume Penguin Monogatari, an obscure Japanese platformer for the NES. I also like Mega Man X for its incredible music and pick-up-and-play-ness. The Prince of Persia: Sands of time Trilogy is a favorite of mine as well. So is KOTOR. Hmmm...

Skies of Arcadia: Legends, and possibly Shadow of the Colossus.

It seems like I'm the only PC gamer here... hehe
