What was your first pokemon other than in Diamond or Pearl?

Mine was Sqirtle

You forgot Pikachu. Indeed he is not a starter in other games but in YELLOW he was.

My first starter was Bulbasaur. Didn't really like having him that much. I liked Squirtle better.

Charmander, and I've used the fire starter every time since. :3

Charmander. =\ I think I use Fire almost everytime. (Except in D/P. Because it was stupid.)

Squirtle. I used to be able to beat the whole game with a souped up Squirtle and 5 level 3 Pokemon.

starter pokemon for first pokemon game, Pikachu from yellow version.

Ah the good old days, had a level 83 Primape he just owned all. Left my geotude in the training center place, came back after when I beat the game, he gained 50 levels, lol.

Good old pokemon days..

Mine was Bulba.

He's the best.

I loved and still do love Charmander. Fire pokemon are the best. Too bad they don't let you start with dark pokemon. -_-

I think I started with Charmander.
Then with Pikachu.
And then Cyndaquil.
Then Treeko.
Then Piplup.
