Bioshock

I didn't find any other threads on this.AND the intro is just a joke from uncyclopedia. It speaks the truth, so what the heck:

“I am Andrew Ryan, and I'm here to ask you a question. Is a man not entitled to pie? 'No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to Oprah.' 'No!' says the man in the Vatican, 'It belongs to God.' 'No!' says the man in Moscow, 'In Soviet Russia, pie eats YOU!' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose...Rapture, a city where the artist need only fear being butchered by ADAM addicted psychopaths, where the scientist can run roughshod over physics as we know them, where the great can do whatever the hell they want! And in Rapture, you can have your pie as well.”

Well, here we have it: an official "Bioshock" thread. I have put this game up as one of my favourites. It isn't your typical shooter either of all the possibilities you can put: hacking, controlling your enemies, upgraded guns, fantastic story, beautiful graphics and superpowers.
Coming into mind, I believe they're planning on making a second one, a prequel if I may be correct. And does anyone notice the energies of "ADAM" and "Eve" add up to Biblical characters?
Well...I'll put more into the intro later. Discuss.

Re: Bioshock

I've played this game, but lost interest. It's basically overrated when you compare it to some other games who deserved the awards Bioshock recieved more than Bioshock did. In my personal opinion, it's more like a weekend rental-type of game if you ask me. Not that great, but still fun to play when you're bored on the weekend.

Re: Bioshock

It was a great game. I just over hyped it more than I needed to, so when I played it, I was let down quite a bit. However, the entire backstory behind BioShock is one of the most clever, well thought out stories I have ever seen in a video game thus far. Also, I couldn't play this game for long periods of time. I think it had something to do with all the blues, blacks, and soft, relaxing colors. I swear, this game made me so sleepy every time I played it.
