Glitches multi-thread

post like you normaly do in glitch threads,but for any game!

Mods put this in General Gaming Please.

The only Glitches I know of recent are ones for World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade and I know that no-one wants to hear about them. >.>

Why would no one like to hear them?

I can't post into a glitch thread without saying nothing about the Super Smash Bros. Melee Black Hole, for me, is the best glitch ever.

I know dozens. My favorite ones is probably beating Super Mario 64 with 16 stars. First you need to get atleast have 15 stars and have access to the basement. Now go catch Mips the bunny that hops around in the basement. Now once you've caught him put him next to the door that leads to the door with the Key door. Mario should glitch through, now turn Mario around by crawling over to Mips. Grab him and drop him outside the door. Enter where he is and grab him. Place him infront of the 30 Star door and jump backwards. Mario will go through the door if you angled him right. Now just do the board Bowser's sub star, then do the 2nd Bowser. Go to the top floor. Now head to the star door that leads to the clock room. Backlong jump up the stairs and if you go enough speed you should go through the door. Now head to the endless stairs. Backlong jump up it again and enter the 3rd Bowser. Now just complete the game. Congrats you beat the game with 16 stars.

I found a video on youtube about a guy who completed it with 1 star, and in about 6 minutes.

I know. But that's impossible to do on a Console. He has a new video now of him beating it with 0 stars.

What the **** is with the poll?

I used to exploit several glitches in Halo 2, most notably bxr and bxb. I really wish I hadn't, but once you got your rank up to about 25 you just had to glitch in order to win.

It was really lame, thank god they god rid of that **** in Halo 3.

this is more of an annoying glitch:
In TP, you know how the location of every owl stone appears once you power up the Dominion Rod? Well, those red circles on the map wont disappear on my game...so my map is forever covered with red circles

I used to exploit several glitches in Halo 2, most notably bxr and bxb. I really wish I hadn't, but once you got your rank up to about 25 you just had to glitch in order to win.

It was really lame, thank god they god rid of that **** in Halo 3.

I feel your pain. Anyway I like the Fierce Diety glitch in MM, lets you be him for the whole of the 3 days.

Well, it is possible, but I don't think any person with human reflexes and timing could do it.

? that's not a glitch, it is like that normally.

no. The circles should disappear once you go to those statues. Just like how they appear any time you have to find a certain location or something...once you get to that location, the circle disappears(cause you dont need it any more)

I know that, noob. I'm not as stupid as you. But why do you even bother putting a poll? It's meaningless.


Anyway, there have been two really glitchy moments for me. The first one was in KOTOR II. It's pretty long, but it's worth reading.

I was getting a vision from the old woman, and she started saying some stuff. The vision ended prematurely and abruptly, and the subtitles were still there when I got back to the game. I took out my lightsabers (without even giving my character a command), and then the vision came back up. This time, Kreia, the old woman, had her lightsaber out, and she started swinging it as if she was fighting. Her lecture was still going on, too! She used force heal, then the vision ended. The subtitles still remained on the screen. At this point, I was like, what the ****, so I tried to get rid of the lingering subtitles. I pressed start, went to the party screen, and looked at Kreia's page. Where her name should be, it said "I am broken, so very broken". The subtitles still lingered, by the way.

I was so weirded out, I tuned off my Xbox without even saving.

This next one happened to me today. I was playing Mass Effect, and Garrus wouldn't stop shooting after the battle was over. His gun was making firing noises, and explosions were coming out of the front like there was no tomorrow. The weapon never even overheated. I tried to stop it, so I made him switch guns. As he took out his sniper, the assault rifle was still firing while it was on his back. I got into the rover (I was on one of those side-mission planets) to try and stop his gun, but his gun was still shooting. Gun explosions were coming out of the side of the truck.

It stopped when I got back to my ship, the Normandy.

I've seen some others (Mysterious Morrowind Rainbow, Invisible Stormtrooper, the list goes on), but those are by far the strangest ones.
