I'd have to say Star Fox Adventures. Much better and more satisfying than any Zelda I've ever played. ^_^

It did have a sort of fresh and unique approach to the Zelda gameplay which was really refreshing.

But Okami is the obvious mention. I can't wait to play the Wii version since I passed it up on the PS2. (Amazing what making a game for a console full of droughts can do for it. Right, Symphonia?)

It is like Smash Bros and Final Fantasy in one convenient package.

The Seiken Densetu series is also good, much fun there, as well as the Metroid Games, specifically the prime games. Those are fun for those who love exploring and collecting.
