Lair

I have been reading reviews all over the internet, and every single one I have read said that it sucks a**.

However, people have also been commenting on those reviews, saying that It is acutally a good game, and the reviewers are biased, stupid, etc.

Has anyone here actually played Lair?

The thing is ... If you just learnt about it today than it most likely isn't good.

I'm a bit disappointed that it's getting bad reviews because I was actually fairly excited for it. I might give it a rent when I get my PS3 later this year to see if it really is bad.

I haven't actually gotten the chance to play Lair, but like Slime said I was actually hyped for this game and to see it get bad reviews really sucks. Well Warhawk that just came out seems really kick ass, so at least there's something from the PS3 decent this week.

It's ironic, Warhawk and Lair both turned out completely different from how I imagined them. Before, I thought Lair was going to be really good, and I was reasonably excited to play it sometime. On the other hand, I had no interest in Warhawk whatsoever. Being online multiplayer only was one thing, but all of the videos I had seen of it made it look like the controls were absolutely terrible.

As it turns out, Lair blows and Warhawk's great, imagine that.

I hate it when games dont live up to the hype.

I rented Lair and returned it about 4 hours later. It's that bad. (2 hours was just driving to the video place and back, setting up, parking the car, and all that jazz).

It never intrested me from the start.

This is what happens when Factor 5 stops making Star Wars games.
