NES games; Lego style

This is too cool not to show everyone.

Contra (NES) on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

You'll have to cycle through the photostream on the right to see all of them, since he put them up at different times and you can't view all of them in one album. But still, those are awesome, I especially love the Contra and Castlevania sets.

God, I love it when people don't grow up.

Now that's one heck of an awesome image set. I absolutely LOVE it when people combine Lego and video games.

Re: NES games; Lego style

Now, if Lego remade old games in Lego style, and put them on Wii's VC, or 360's Live Arcade, I'd buy those.

They need to stop making Star Wars Lego games and this Indiana Jones Lego game crap. These look much nicer, especially that Metal Gear one.

SOme of those sets look really great.

Why is Lego so appealing? Even more so when combined with big franchises.

=( ! They're just a bit of innocent fun! I actually find them much more playable than many other Star Wars titles. Perhaps this is due to my obsession with SW Lego as a young'n, though...

I liked them all, except for the Shadow of the Collossus one.

The collossus looks like a cactus, and the guy's hair is too bright. He's also wearing a black tabard, where in the game, it's white.

I've also seen SNES, Escher, and N64 lego somewhere, too.

That's just being picky, sure it isn't as great as some of the other stuff but the fact that the fellow actually got it done is impressive. They were all well done and I'd love to see more franchises done, I think I'll go mess around and make a few lego franchises as well. Knowing me though, I'll probably struggle with anything outside of Tetris.
