Legend Of Dragoon

Did anyone here ever play this magnificent game. In my opinion it is one of the greatest RPGs of all time. I never did beat because when I was a kid I would skip every random battle. But belive it or not i still made it to the last boss, and he kicked my ass within a few minutes. I couldn't even beat his first form.

So anything you want to say about LOD please post here.

I like the game, especially the battle system and the later attacks that are fun to do. My username is partly based on the game.

Ah, I remember getting really hyped up for this game back in my early RPG-obsessed days. The commercials, the magazine articles, and the OPM demo got me extremely excited. I got the game the day it came out and was quite hooked, but I got stuck on a boss at the end of the first disc and stopped playing for a while. Then I continued playing later on, but got stuck again on some ship of some sort. I haven't touched it since because I don't remember the plot up to that point at all.

From what I remember it didn't really live up to my expectations, but I did enjoy it. The battle system was pretty fun though. I'll have to replay it one of these days.

Some years back, there were two interesting stocking stuffers for Christmas: Final Fantasy VIII and The Legend of Dragoon. I was most impressed with the latter. The music, gameplay, addition system, combat system, bosses, everything is great. I highly recommend this game.

This title does hold the best RPG for me and is in my top 5 favorite games of all time. It just seemed really unique to me, unlike any other RPG I had played so far. Great, great story too, although it could get rather strange at times.

I was rather disappointed when I found out that a second game wasn't in the make. As great as the first one was, there was alot of room to come back and make it even better, but oh well. It still holds one of the greatest places in gaming history to me!
