RE4: GC or Wii. Wich is better?

Well I´m going to buy RE4 (a little late, I know), so I would like to know your opinion about wich is better: RE4 for Wii or for GC. It can be disussed and all that stuff.

Wii is the best version, with the best graphics and the new controls.

Wii is the best version bar none, though. It's a dang good deal too, being cheaper and all.

Wii version has the extras from the PS2 version and somewhat better graphics. The controls, in my opinion, make the game a bit easier, but it's still the best.

Thanks for the advice! There wasn´t any arguments for the GC version, so it seems the Wii is the definitive one. Now I know for sure that I´m going for the Wii version.

Hopefully the Wii version can retify its REs steak of awful control scheams. Still, RE is one of the funnest sirvival horror games (just barely laging behind Dead Rising).

He didn't say that. From the sound of it, he's yet to play the Wii version. Rest assured, both of you, it controls marvelously.

Oh, you´re right. Anyway, I´m dying to try it out...

Hmm well you could probablys get a GC very cheap nowerdays (like 20 quid preowned) but if you are looking to buy other games and play in a unique way then the Wii is a good choice.

Wii version isn't full price either. It's about the same as a used, or old players choice. $30 here in the states, so if it's similar at all that's still 20 less than full price. 's good all around.

I have got to say, I haven't played it on the Cube. But good Lord, I've never had so much fun having the crap scared out of me. Aiming with the Wii remote is the best thing since the mouse for shooting. After playing Re4 for a few weeks, then switching to Xbox Counter-Strike at my friends house, I could barely stand using the thumbstick.

The Wii remote has amazing accuracy. At one point so far I've seen a shooting gallery, and I get perfect scores with ease. Now this is without the tension caused by the enemies, but dang if it Isn't fun to shoot stuff.

The controls for RE4 are flawless.

Definitely the Wii version. The Wii controls were great - they just need some getting used to. I definitely got more into the Wii version than I did with GC... I got even more hooked with the game after that xD

Dunno if you know this, but you can play RE4 with the GC controller if you want (with Wii) - nothing should be connected to the wii controller though.

Well, the Wii version has:

1. A faster frame rate
2. The Seperate Ways feature from the PS2 version
3. All the PS2 bonuses
4. The sick Wii contreme scheme (duh)
5. Faster load times, which were non-existant in the GC version anyway
