Actually, Sony will end up saving money by using the 80GB HDD instead of the 60GB, as the 80GB HDD's are more mass produced. The difference in manufacturing costs should be negligible. And yes, Kishro Diablo, you spotted Link14's BS. Sony isn't loosing $300 per console.
