No, Ogmios, it's actually a sort of "best of" that takes the player through several of the environments from the previous Resident Evilgames, and tries to tie together loose ends about Umbrella Corporation; presumably, that means there's going to be new stuff in there as well.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing Billy again.

Could be good...I'm definetly getting it. And no not just because of Rebbecca. I'm also a fan of on rail shooters I just hope it has the length of a home console game as we all know how short other on rail shooters are, being primarily ports of Arcade games. Also I would like to see cheese voice acting remain, although I would settle for just Barry having cheese voice acting for traditions sake.

Ah, sounds cool. I'll have to consider getting it.

The rail-shooting sounds a bit backwards from the series too me. I mean previous Resident Evil games had full exploration, intuitive environments, and overall more control. Umbrella Chronicles doesn't seem to have that kind of "jazz" going on, Needless to say it's backtracking to previous RE games stories, which I'm not too fond of doing. Then again it is what you would expect from a RE that is not really part of the main entry in the series, RE5 should be the game that offers a full RE experience, accompanied with next-gen mechanics.

I'm not too excited for this game. However, like said before it should be an interesting mix of RE elements, accompanied with the Wii remote to add even a bit more interesting learning curve to RE all over again. I hope Capcom really dishes something good out with the Remote to make up for the lack of exploration and such.

At any rate, hopefully Resident Evil 5 will be released for Wii at some point.

Psh, I wish. Resident Evil 5 probably won't come to the Wii. I'd really like it too, and it seems suitable, the Wii controls would fit really well with RE4/RE5's control set up. The aiming, and the knife. Would help with immersion, and maybe open up a few new weapon possibilities, and those cut scenes where you have to press the reaction buttons could be really interesting with the Wiimote.

It confuses me why game developers don't see these ideas. I mean, it seems so good and so obvious. Instead they throw Rail Shooters at us.
