I'm calling BS as of now. If this was true, it would be ALLLLLLLL over the main news sites.

This rumor isn't verified yet, but Konami would be absolute idiots if they didn't release on the most popular of the two power systems. (And later something on Wii, which is going to have the biggest market share very soon... Not to mention that if sales stay the same as right now, it will take the PS3 many thousands of months just to catch up to where 360 is right now.)

This is interesting news...but how come the only place I've stumbled upon it is on this site? Let's wait for more confirmation me thinks...

the only thing that will make me not still want a ps3 will be if FFXIII goes to the xbox360, and we all know Sonly would never let that happen...I hope

That is a good thing to hear. Seriously, God of War is great on the PS2 and the second one was even better. I really can't imagine God of War 3 being on the XBox 360, let alone Nintendo Wii. It just isn't a good thing. IT JUST CAN'T HAPPEN!

Looks like it's your lucky day today, because I am hear to tell you that FFXIII will be on the XBox 360 and Nintendo Wii (hopefully not, no offense to Nintendo hardcore fans). This news was mentioned not too long ago on these forums, so I think you will be able to find it in the entertainment section.

But overall, wow! I didn't expect this to happen. If this is going to be true, PS3 is screwed. Up until now, the games that were going to bring in big bucks for Sony was FFXIII and MGS4. This rumor becoming true = Total rampage of the PS3 fanboys, not to mention PS3 losing popularity. They better make God of War 3 and whatever else they plan on making fast, or else what I just mentioned will happen.

Considering there aren't any other systems besides xbox 360 that could run FFXIII with equal or better graphics, it is likely to be coming. I hate watching FMVs with a passion though, so I won't be buying it regardless.

Just happy to know that when these two titles ultimately lose exclusivity, the final nails in the PS3s coffin will break their way through fresh pine. I just wish it had been a nintendo console to lay down the deathblow. (Not that Wii's rabid popularity didn't help, it just solidified sony's doom further.)

Blue Dragon is going to be better than final fantasy 9 10 (The false finaly fantasy ) 12 and 13 anyway. Real Final Fantasy for a change.

Hmm... I'm not really a fan, but I knew Konami would snap. PS3s wouldn't be the best console to sell ANY game on. Smartest choice would be the Wii or 360. Otherwise they wouldn't sell.

As far as I can tell, this "Digital Spy" site is the only one carrying this story. I'm not going to believe it until it's picked up by IGN or Gamespot, or until there's a press release somewhere on the Konami site. Similar stories like this have been passed around for the past couple years and I refuse to believe any of them until I see something concrete.

There are a couple things that make me think this is true though. One is that it just seems likely, and two is that Ryan Payton hinted at it in the Kojima Productions Report podcast a week or more ago.

If it happens my wallet will be happy, but it won't kill my interest in PS3. I've sort of been crossing my fingers for MGS4 and FFXIII to get released on the 360 simply because the 360 costs less and those are really the only games I'm dying to get. Also, waiting for a price drop will probably allow the library to build.

Still, for now I'm doubting this. I don't see it being unlikely overall, but this particular story just doesn't seem right to me.

The only reason for me to buy a PS3 would now be the new Kingdom Hearts sequel... Assuming it will be PS3 only...

Yes but if you had a choice difference of about $200 , or $500 in my country , i think you would have more people go with the cheaper option

Seems all there is is major flame-fest over at other forums. PS3 fanboy against 360 fanboy... People need to grow up, the whole only my system is uber crap. It's not worth it anymore, it's all about the Wii!
