New look for Ness in Brawl *hopefully*

I think there should be a new look for Ness in Brawl. He looks stupid in Melee, the way Ninty made him...
I think this should be the new look for Ness. (Note that I didn't make this, no credit goes to me at all.)


Of course, that hair isn't the original color, but you get the main idea...

He's actually more a teenager on this pic, in the actual games he's like 11 years, considering his weight, length, etc.

Well I suppose the previous games had his original look, so I suppose they can't change hat now, no?

I actually quite like Ness's look in the other two. With Earthbound in mind it wouldn't suit Ness to give him a more mature looking makeover. I think the characters should reflect the games they come from.

No I don't like that. What's wrong with his current look? That anime look doesn't fit essence of Earthbound.

but since Ness is quite a short guy, his reputation doesn't fit in with the

Yes... and I was expressing my opinion on how I think Ness's standard look should remain.
And Mario's short and out-of-proportion too. As are a lot of other characters. Ness fits in fine.

Since when is SSB a serious franchise? Look at the last game: Pichu, Jigglypuff, Ice Clibmers, Mr. Game and Watch, Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Pikachu, Kirby, Ness, Peach.

The only even remotely serious characters were Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, Samus, and Captain Falcon. And they were made funny by the other craziness around them.


Ness design doesn't fit? Pfft. What utter bull.

He wouldn't fit into the game being too serious <.< But I guess it'll work out. ^^ Can't wait to get my hands on that game.

You know pit in the brawl videos? That not how they originally planned him to look in 3d. Look at the trophie in Melee, he looks exactly like Ness pretty much, except Pit-ified.
